Food was good, but stuff was missing from my order. Things were hectic so I didn't even realize it at first. Also was unable to... order stuffed-crust from the website which was disappointing. Customer service was amazing they brought the pizza right out to us to us and it was hot and delicious. We tried the New sauce... onn top. It's not my favorite but it was good. The chicken wings were delicious you're delicious. We will be back again. Read more
My last 6 orders have either been incomplete, wrong, canceled, or not started until I arrive to pick them up. Stopped getting... them delivered because they arrive well over an hour after the app says they have left the restaurant and are always cold. Themanager is of no use. She always says she's short-handed, yet the employees are sitting in the dining room with their friendseating and cutting up. Finally gave up and started ordering from Papa John's on University and Sparkman. Nothing but positivethings to say about that store. Read more
We used to get pizza weekly over at North Parkway Pizza Hut. We called her trying to get our pizzas. I got tired of her hanging... up on us. After a hour I drove down there and order. The lady was very rude and we never be back again. We love the pizzas but Idon't like being treated that this. Pizza Hut need to hire people that don't hang up people. Food arrived 45 minutes past the time it was supposed to be delivered and it was a Thursday not even the weekend where I would... expect a longer wait. Also they seem to no longer employ regular drivers and they use Grub Hub and I would not have ordered ifI had known that. The quality of the food was not very good the pizza was not hot and the cheese was missing like the box hadbeen flopped around. I will not be ordering from them again. Read more
I understand that we are going through a pandemic and things are difficult but that is no excuse for bad service or... incompetence. The store was clean. We were the only ones in the place.
