IF I COULD NOT CHOOSE A STAR I WOULD! Literally I called them six times total the first time I called they transferred me for... some reason to another number I waited on hold for 35 minutes. I kept calling back nobody would answer and then when I finallygot someone to answer they transferred me again waited on hold for 10 minutes no answer. The last time I talked to someone hegave me a 1-800 number to call! This is not the first time I've had trouble with this Pizza Hut, one night when I called it was2 hours before closing and they told me they couldn't deliver or make my food because they were about to close. Not trying to bemean but both people that I spoke with tonight I can hardly understand what they were saying. I just wanted some pizza andbreadsticks!???? JUST CALLED THE 1-800 NUMBER AND IT IS A JANITORIAL SERVICE!! CALLED THEM BACK AND THE CALL CENTER ANSWERED,PLACE MY ORDER AND HE SAID HE COULD NOT GIVE ME WHAT I WANTED BECAUSE IT WAS A COUPON ! Pizza was good but was not ready when they said. Waited over 15 minutes after pick up time. They did offer a free drink.
Dirty, smelly, gross store. Pizza was greasy and flat. Hardly and sauce. Just mushy dough and greasy cheese. I just got up and... left. Read more
Our order was placed at 4:17pm, they started making our order at 5:17pm because I called at 4:40pm when our order was supposed... to have been delivered. They hung up on me when I called, very unprofessional! My order arrived at 5:50pm with door dash and itwas cold pizza with soggy crust, cold fries, hard bread sticks and cold pasta. Issue was not resolved nor was a refund evenoffered. Never ordering from them again and I don't recommend anyone to waste their money on this pizza hut location! The people were kind and caring. Good customer service starting from the parking lot continuing in the restaurant. The pizza was... awesome very good and hot. The family truly enjoyed. Read more
Only get 1 star because I can?t choose zero. We were in town for an overnight stay on 7/8 as we traveled through on vacation.... Ordered pizza (per email confirmation) at 9:36pm with an estimated delivery of 1hr-1hr25mins so by 11pm. No call or anything andI finally call at 12:07am and they tell me that the actual wait time was over 2hrs. Then why would you tell people the wrongwait time? The woman on the phone offered no apology and told me once it?s gets there I could call back and she would give me acredit. Why in the hell would I want a credit to a terrible restaurant?! Delivery guy shows up and has no excuse or apologyeither. Food is cold, everyone else is already asleep at this point so no barely any food gets touched. Emailed through thecorporate site and was told that store would get back to me within 3 business days??.that was on 7/9 and it?s now 7/20, still noresponse. They should just cut their losses and shut this location down. Read more
Let me start by saying that I'm now 48 yrs old and been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since 1978 when I remember my first time and... I ordered 3 to 6 times a week from the Bob Wallace location and when that store closed in 1999 I started going to governors Drand all of a sudden they closed around 2016 so even though it's at least a 25 minute round trip to go to university dr I lovetheir pizza that much so I'd go HOWEVER the last 3 times we've tried to get a decent pizza it's been a train wreck ! The last 3have been cold,the toppings were minimal and under cooked and not to mention the employees were rude and hateful and has been ahorrible experience. I remember we'd have small birthday parties there and all kinda fun stuff at the bob wallace location yearsago and several times we would drink for 3 or 4 hours after we ate but not here, Its not that kinda friendly environment anymore! After a year or so I figured today we'd try @ University so I place the order online and it said it would be ready in 10 to 20minutes so tell me why my 70 yr old mother is still sitting inside @ university Dr location 42 minutes after i originally placedthe online order because apparently someone forgot to put the pizza in the oven ?? PIZZA HUT UNIVERSITY DRIVE WE ARE DONE WITHYOU South parkway has been cooking fantastic pizzas for me for the past year so ill continue to go twice as far for great pizzahow it should be. I can't believe this location is still in business ? It's pathetic what you get for what it costs ! Veryminimal toppings, just stopped together and to make it worse they removed it from the oven before the cheese had even melted andthe pork sausage was still raw in the middle. Please don?t waste your time visiting this location. We waited over an hour for our pizza. They couldn?t find our order, despite... calling and speaking with someone to place it. They also didn?t know how to give us a refund, even with putting the GM on thephone. Read more
