A pleasant experience all around. The sandwiches were good as usual, tasty and overflowing with meat. For a large black angus... steakhouse sub, a large black forest ham sub, two bottled drinks, and three cookies, the total was $31. For the portion size andfood quality, I have no complaints. Went to store at 5 pm on Jan 13, 22. The two young workers there were very nice & polite, but looked scared & unsure when it... went from 1 guest to 5. I didn?t know the 12 inch sub would be over $12! I thought it would be at least close to the price onthe board for a regular, the price being that high was something they should have told us. They did say I would be charged $2for extra meat, 2 ounces, but that?s all. The toaster must have been set on low or the bread wasn?t fully cooked because ittasted like dough still. The meat didn?t even taste right. They had no soup available & it was only 5 pm. I got a medium chilinot knowing that small size would be $5! When I got it home it tasted like it had pinesol or some cleaner taste in it. Icouldn?t take more than 3 bites. I got the Turkey guacamole club. The bacon wasn?t real it was all crumbly harder bacon bits.The guacamole was brown in some parts even though it came out a squeeze thing. I could barley eat 3 inches of it before I had torun to the bathroom with what I?ll discreetly say as food poisoning. That?s what it felt like.my husband got a 12 inch sun aswell & a fountain drink, I got the 12 inch sub & that chili. The price was $40!!!! I was in shock!! If those two kids didn?tlook so scared I would have said nah never mind. I never got a receipt I was shocked, but I did notice there was an $8 chargefor idk what. After me & my husband both having food poisoning symptoms since yesterday at 5 pm, I really did wish I said nevermind on the food & the price of it. We paid $40 to be sick for two days from it. Kim and Ben are amazing and so friendly here. Also, earlier today on Sept 28th, 2021, met one girl and a guy who so friendly and... the girl went out of her way to find out if the guacamole is vegan or not rather than just vegetarian, as vegan is stricter thanvegetarian meaning vegan refers to even including no dairy or eggs unlike vegetarian. Lo and behold, thank God she found outfrom her manager that the guacamole is not vegan as there is dairy added to it and wish at all restaurants they made this clearoff the bat to customers as many have different severe allergies. Looks like I will not be dining with Quiznos ever again untilthey have vegan guacamole with no dairy added. The hospitality and sincerity has been great though. Vegans must be includedalong with vegetarians and non-veg always. Read more
Ordered online & when I went to pick up, I was informed that their online ordering system wasn?t working correctly so they never... received my order. I reorder & pay.. only to find out that my card was already charged for the online order & then charged againwhen I ordered in store. When I called to ask for a refund, they said there was nothing they could do about it but to call backin the morning to speak to the manager. I called back this morning & whoever answered the phone was acting very strangely when Iasked to speak to the manager.. Acting very hesitant, asking who I was & why I wanted to speak to her. She then said the managerwas ?out? for a few days & didn?t know when she would be back. Now I?m having to go through the hassle of disputing the chargewith my bank because of their incompetence & lack of a manager on duty. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. Read more
I wasn't impressed at all with my $10 sandwich from Quizno's. The "black angus beef" was as dry as leather, the sauteed onions... were old and tasted terrible, and last but not least, they burned my sub roll black when they toasted it, and didn't bother tosay anything or correct their error.
