Great food, friendly staff. Usually great service. On this night, though, disappointed with service. Hard to get refills on... drinks. Assistant brought our food to wrong table. Had to remake a meal. By the time our person got their meal, the rest of uswere done. This night was a disaster and we were there for a bday dinner request. A true disappointment for everyone involved. Read more

We arrived at 11am just as they were opening, waiter was super nice and super honest about what the sauces tasted like and what... was in them, didn't try to sell something I wouldn't like. The menu prices went up from the last time we visited, but that is happening everywhere. The service was great we had some... minor requests for our orders and they came out perfect. We had one minor issue our ketchup was empty. It was at that time ourstaff was busy elsewhere. Overall a great experience. Read more

Short staffed as most places are. Service was really good considering they only had about 5 people running the place. They let... the food and drink run leave while we were there but didn't tell our waitress so it took a few minutes for her to realize andrecover. But very good overall. Read more

I've been to various locations of this chain over the years but only this location twice. Both times my experience has been... pleasant, delicious, and welcoming. Both waitresses were very thorough, accurate, friendly, and demonstrated knowledge of menuitems. My friend and I go here quite a bit and have never had any complaints! The service is always wonderful, and the food comes out... quickly. We usually sit in the bar area, and typically have the same server. He is always extremely kind and attentive, and isdefinitely a pleasure to have waiting on us. I've been to other Red Robins in other cities, and this one is definitely the bestthat I've been to. I also love the free birthday burger that you get when you sign up for their rewards program.
