I understand that everyone is short staffed BUT that doesn't mean that you can get everything on their order wrong and give them... old food. At first they didn't understand that I said a lemon-berry shush, no problem I'll just drink a lemonade slush. Then Iwas going to eat my chicken slider but they didn't give me the ranch I asked for, again no problem I live 2 minutes away I'lljust wait until I get home. I started eating my fries as soon as I touched them they are cold, at this point I'm getting alittle aggravated because of everything but again I understand working in the food industry. Finally I get home to heat up myfries and my chicken slider to find out it's a burger. I do NOT recommend going to this Sonic. Read more

To be honest, I had just got fired & I wanted to get a large shake & sit for a few. It took me about 10-15mins to decide. I was... told they were not taking orders at this time. What?? She never came back on the intercom keep in mind while I was standingthere looking at the menu by the picnic area employees were walking out talking to each other or talking to somebody in the carand never once did anyone come up and tell me they were not taking orders. I would like to preface that the employees there are very kind, and I?m well aware that there?s a staffing issue. Unfortunately,... my order was very incomplete. I ordered an Oreo Chocolate Mastershake as well as a chocolate milkshake. The chocolate milkshakewas okay. However, as pictured, the Oreo Chocolate Mastershake wasn?t mixed and doesn?t contain any chocolate. That?s a seriousbummer because I?ve been craving it BIG time. I?d like to give the benefit of the doubt for a next time, but I paid $10 overalland I?m really disappointed. I hope there?s a way I can have a fix to this. Read more

Never going back to Sonic. These restaurants used to be some of the best for fast food. Not just the service but the quality of... the food. I went today and paid $25 for 2 Super Sonic Breakfast Burritos, and 2 Jr sausage Burritos 3 tots and 3 drinks. What Ireceived was nasty old sausage. I didn't get what I paid for !! AND I NEVER ORDERED ANYTHING WITH BACON.. BUT RECEIVED 2 BACONEGG AND CHEESE BURRITOS.. TRIED TO CALL THE STORE 4 TIMES.. NO ANSWER. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME, EAT SOMEWHEREELSE..Waited for over 45 min Even gave $2 tip. I will be contacting Sonics corporate office. This isn't the first time this hashappened. I?ve tried to eat here several times. First time no chili. Ok that?s fine I can come back some other time. Next time no one... bothered to even answer us we got there an hour before they closed. Then on top of that we have been sitting here now for 30minutes they didn?t have cold brew it shouldn?t have taken another 20 minutes to make a milkshake and bring it out. DISGRACE TO THE SONIC CHAIN! By the way, this is the first time I've ever given less than a 4 star review to a restaurant, so... don't think i just hand out bad reviews- I'm easy to please... Now to the issie: Waited 47 minutes because I wasn't able to geta refund. I finally pressed the red button and was told to go through the drive through. why wasn't this made clear to meproactively, and instead communicated to me after 30 minutes when I reached out? I talked to the general manager who was superrude. I eventually got my food, but it wasn't the correct order. So 47 minutes, wrong order, and nothing was done to make itright. Hope this place goes out of business so an actually well run restaurant can take it's place. I usually love sonic, butthis location is a disgrace to the chain. Read more

Ordered a mobile order on the way home. Got there, I couldn?t check in to tell them what stall I was at. I hit the button and... told them what was going on, dude looked at my phone, and told me I never paid for it, laughed at me condescendingly and Iordered it again. Check my transaction history and I paid for it twice. Didn?t even get both orders. Recommend never coming hereto anyone. Read more
