Again.... the shake machine is "down". This is the 3rd time.. . Another time they were out of ice cream and a prior time was... their machine was being cleaned. With no time frame of when it'll be done being cleaned. Anyways, I'm highly unsatisfied withthe repetitive reasons to not make a shake and starting to think the employees are making excuses at this point. Read more

I have ordered hamburger and i got my order just in time. I waited in front of the store when they cooking! my hamburger.... However when i got my order it was so cold. The cheese on hamburger was never melted likewise fries were cold. In my opinionsonic's workers are not able to cook even an egg for theirself in breakfast but unfortunately sonic company needs unqualifiedworkers. Read more
I could have sworn the person working was in there by themselves but since it was a male on the speaker and a female at the... window I know there were at least 2. Only one car ahead of me it took over 5 minutes for them to move. I get to the speaker andthere is a sheet of paper over it that said "cash only" someone came over the speaker and said just a moment. About 8 minuteslater they took my order. I pulled up to the window my order was $8.49 so I handed the lady a 20 she handed me the bag of foodand disappeared inside the store. I had no idea if she was bringing my change or was going to try to rip me off. After another 3minutes she finally came to the window with my change. I got home and the popcorn chicken was cold and hard as rocks I couldn'teat it. The cheeseburger was okay but the chicken and fries were inedible and the performance of the crew was abysmal. Stopped earlier in the week and they weren?t serving food. Drinks only. Stopped today and drive thru the as very long. Placed... a mobile order. Paid. Never got my food. 30 minutes later I?m in the drive thru, trying to get my food I already paid for andwe haven?t moved. I get being short staffed but shut down one of the ordering methods until you catch up or something. If Ihadn?t already paid I would have left. Ordered from Bailey cove location via door dash, never again my food was horribly fixed the cheese had been microwaved and the... egg was poorly cooked!! I?m 5 months pregnant and didn?t even wanna risk my baby getting sick because of how poorly the food wasmade, given the area I would expect BETTER from this location but I can clearly see they don?t take time nor pride in cookingtheir food I have learned my lesson I?ll never fool with them again.
