So I was the only car in line and while waiting for the cashier to ask to take my order, I was in my phone So I said; "dang I... guess I can't get no food tonight." and the guy at the window said; " that's cause you are on the phone." The screens where you order are dirty. You could get covid just from touching the screens where other people have ordered. Also... food is not as good as it use to be. Need hand sanitizers by the screens for people to clean their hands after ordering. Read more
Garlic burger is very good! I did have a run in with a worker or had a bad attitude about my curbside order. I was trying to... explain to him that it wouldn't let me put in my parking spot for curbside cause they completed out the order without giving memy food. I will preface this by saying I and my kids grew up on Steak 'n Shake. However, since COVID it is a totally different place. We... can here for the first time for my daughter's birthday and was highly surprised and disappointed. First off you are greeted by asign telling you to order at a kiosk. Gone are the days of human interaction and customer service. Then, after waiting for along time we were called to the counter to get our food. No more table service. The entire time we were there, There was zerotable cleaning done. They were out of lettuce but instead of taking the 1 minute to make signs to place at the kiosk they waiteduntil orders where up and people complained that their order was missing the lettuce. This happened multiple times with multipleworkers and customers. Kind of a joke considering they ask you for your tip when placing the order. Before you even know how theservice will be. Service is good and the food is a lot better than the usual fast food chain restaurants. Never once had a "bad" meal. Plus,... their fountain drinks and shakes are amazing. Never once had a flat or watered down beverage from Steakbad service,-n-Shakeeither. Anywhere else, I count on getting bad service, lousy food, and drinks that match :/ Read more

The lady we spoke with at the drive through was so nice. I burger was pretty good. I didn't realize there were onions, so that's... on me. Love the blackberry chocolate chip shake. I got a small, the whipped cream takes up a lot of space. Read more
