While I understand that this place will be very busy due to its location, but at the same time, this place will need more than 1... employee. Passed another Subway to come to this location (#42824-0) for convenience. Definitely wished I had inconvenienced myself. I... ordered the Chicken Pesto on Ciabatta Bread. The meat was mushy! The onions and tomatoes were not fresh. I ended up eating oneslice of bread and the cheese. Wasted that $10.01. If the food isn?t fresh, the service cannot be friendly. Disappointed andHungry! My family went to store #42824 at about 8:48 on August 4th 2019 the younger man behind the counter asked us what we wanted I... told him I wanted the spicy Italian on ciabatta bread he told me I couldn?t do that and he said ummm and looked the advertisingmenu for the bread and said yeah I can?t make that it?s only the ones on the board and I said no It shouldn?t be I get it atseveral different locations that way and he looked back at the menu and said yeah no I can?t do that so I left and drove another5 miles out my way to get a subway that was open later and I asked for the same sandwich and I had no issues. This not the onlyissue I have had with this guy the first time I just let it go but his attitude is extremely in professional and I work in thecustomer service industry myself. He was wearing regular street clothes and had a hat on backwards instead of a subway uniform.I will no longer be returning to this location. Read more
Where do I start? I will start with pricing. This location is more expensive than other Subways and doesn't line up with the... others in area as far as specials, etc. With the price you would think you would get more food, but they skimp on everythinggiving you less than others in the area. And the icing on the cake is extremely poor service. I have been there 3 times, 3different people, and 3 rude un-attentive "sandwich artists". Read more
