Husband went ordered 12 soft tacos meat cheese sour cream only burrito supreme no tomatoes extra cheese extra red sauce and a... number 9. All tacos no sour cream but lettuce. The 2 tacos that came with the number 9 not in the bag tomatoes all in theburrito supreme food was ice cold and its a five min drive. Mexican pizza smashed and everything pooled in center. They repeatedit all back. When he grabbed the food they cpuldnt give a receipt... so i called i wasnt rude i was somply daying you firgotstuff and made stuff wrong that some in my family wont eat. She said hokd on a guy got on the phone i started talking to himthen in the middle of it as i was explaining my burrito which i was scooping out massive tomatoes, she pops on no i made thatmyself and thats exactly how i made it. I said no mam would you like pictures? Then im re telling and she just hangs up on meand then when i call bavk they pick up the pho e and hang up. Im not wrong for wanting my food right and my food. I dont do thatto people when theu come to where i work o just fix it. And it wasnt one thing it was literally everything messed up otherwise iwouldnt have bothered them im not unreasonable bit 57 dollars everything wrong and missing and you hang up on me? I dont have areciept but i have pictures of hpw they made it wrong . Read more

I've had both positive and negative experiences at this particular Taco Bell. Last night was good cuz they still took my order... without even complaining even tho I pulled up 5 minutes b4 they closed. Read more

Out of all the Taco Bell's I've been to the last 35 years this ranks probably the absolute worse. Worse service ever. Food was... mediocre at best. The Mexican pizza didn't look like it was supposed to. Just slopped together and stuck to the box. Verydisappointing. I still enjoy Taco Bell but me or my wife will never return to this particular location. Read more

Ordered dine in, 3 combos on one ticket. Gave us a bag with a hot mess inside the bag of food. Tacos were missing lettuce and... tomatoes, 1/8th bag of chips (small order but litterally had crumbles of chips in the bag). Also I ordered on the kiosk but Ihad to pay cash, so I went to the front to pay, another employee mentioned there was someone at the front, the female employeehad to walk over and take the money and she rolled her eyes and looked like I just destroyed her day by making her take 4 stepsto take my payment. Will not be going back to this location. Food was good though. Read more

No stars at all! I went through the drive thru around 530-545pm on 08/27 there's no customers in front of or beg nd me in... drive-thru, I ordered my food and drove home. When I unloaded my food I could feel the flour tortilla through the wrapping thatit was hard as a saltine cracker. I opened the wrapper it was crumbly it was so dried out and old. My crunchy tacos had 3 sprigsof cheese the shells were broken and barely any meat and we're just room temperature not even warm. I did not get a reciept butI called and the store manager a Caucasian male said he could pull my order up he did and I told him ai would drive back for myorder to be remade and since half my order was missing I would pick that up too. I drove all the way bk up there. They had agroup chat/meeting going on the headsets and I am listening to everything. What kind of manager allows a whole restaurant to bedistracted or even involved with something 1 authority figure can fix. Then he speaks over the rest of the kids arguing in thebackground and says he can replace a couple of the tacos but the burritos are like that (hard and crunchy dry and crumbly) so Isaid do u want to feel this burrito and really tell me this is how Taco Bell Is doing things now and your the store managerREALLY?? He said Ma'am I'm not touching that food O but I'm supposed to eat it? I said well if there's nothing you can do tohelp me just refund me for this food I have it right here. He said no I am not refunding the food because your order was made wecan't help you didn't like the food. I said I wanted what I ordered prepared with fresh food not stale hard old cold food also Iwould like a copy of my reciept because I didn't get one he said sorry but the reciept I have is ours I can't print you another.She puts reciepts in the bag so if u don't have one there's nothing I can do. Wish I could give 0 stars. Went tonight to pick up my mobile order. They?re supposed to be open till 1am like it says online and... I got there 40 minutes before closing to pick up my food but when I went to the drive thru speaker, the employee working tonightsaid ?we?re closed? in the most rude tone I?ve ever heard. I said ?but it says you?re open till 1am? and he replies with thesame thing ?we?re closed.? I asked about my food that I ordered online and he just said the same thing again. This man shouldnot be working in fast food or anywhere that involves customer service since he has zero people skills. An apology for theinconvenience would have worked just fine. There?s no way they were actually closed, this person probably just wanted to go homeearly. I don?t care if I sound like a Karen right now because I can?t stand people who are rude for no absolute reason. Itdoesn?t take a lot to be kind. Read more

I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but I was coming through town last night (yes a holiday-July 4) and stopped... here. I could not get through the drive through bc I was hauling a 24? trailer. My son and I parked and ran in quick to getsomething to go. The lights were on, a family was at a table by the door (although it didn?t appear they were eating), and thedrive through full of 3-4 cars. We walked in, and up to the counter. A young lady employee had been at the far side of thecounter speaking to a child in the lobby. She turned and looked at us, and then quickly turned and walked into the back withoutsaying a word. The child (like 9 or 10 years old maybe) in the lobby, with the people at the table, turns to my son and I andtells us that the inside is closed, to go through the drive through. It was just frustrating bc it was only 8:20, the doors wereopen, dining room lights on, we couldn?t fit through the drive thru the way it was made with the overhang and curved curb and itwas one place we could get in and out of the parking lot with a rig like that. Since we had no option, and an actual employeewouldn?t even take the time to speak to us, we left. I went a little way down the road to a McDonald?s - whose dining room wasalso closed. But as we pulled through their parking lot, the manager came to the drive thru window and flagged us down, hadsomeone take our order from across the parking lot since we couldn?t come inside and couldn?t fit under their overhang (theydidn?t have a curb). It was night and day difference between the customer service at these two fast food places. Read more
