Its Saturday night at 6:41pm and the dining area is closed. Why? There is a line of cars waiting to order and get food.
The night crew here is just ridiculous. We ordered in the drive thru, and only received half of our order. We tried to go in to... get the rest of our order but the door was locked( I understand they probably don?t have enough workers), so we had to gothrough the line again and they still left out a few things. It seems the manager was not there or doesn?t care because youcould hear music blasting from inside through the drive thru speaker. Okay so about 9-10 months ago I made a bad review on a terrible experience I had. However this time they really changed up the... workers at this location. I went on Thursday Aug. 25th got there around 11:45 am, could not enter inside (guessing of lack ofworkers). But drive through not as bad as I thought it was going to be 5-6 cars in front of me as soon as I got in line I timedthem. Got my order and at the stop sign checked my phone timer 9 minutes and 55 seconds. Not a bad time at all. Plus the womanthat took my order was really into it when taking my order and made it very nice and friendly and the guy that gave my food wasalso quick and gave my order with a smile and was also very friendly so good job on the two workers that were there on that dayand time. My only complaint was the food needs to be warmer, but it was not ice cold I just think the food can be hotter is all.Cause if it was I would have given them 5 star instead of 4. But would recommend at this time given 11:00 or 12:00 noon. ButI'll go again at a later time and see how the next team of workers are in the later times. Read more
Legit the best Taco Bell in Huntsville ????. I just left there at around 11:00 this evening and from start to finish these guys... were perfect. Either they had their all-star crew working tonight or their whole staff is elite. Either way I'm impressed andwill be stopping by again next time I'm on that side of town. Gr8 Job yall????????? Asked for NO sour cream and they still put it on there. It was cold which led me to believe these were premade. Do not order... here. Food will be cold, not make correctly, and NASTY! Read more
My fiancé stopped after work for our dinner. We were pleased with how full the grilled cheese burrito and pinto and cheese... were. Service was fast too. Definitely will go back. Read more
This is THE place to go if you want zero consistency in how your food is made, or if you want to get home to find that part of... your order is missing. Oh, and if you're a vegetarian like my wife, get ready for your bean burrito to regularly be a beefburrito instead. Although this specific restaurant is right up the street from my house, I now opt to drive an extra 15 minutesto get to a different location in the rare occasion that I'm craving taco bell. Some examples of my experiences: order beanburritos, get beef burritos. Order cheese quesadillas, sometimes it has a sauce inside but sometimes it has absolutely none atall. Once, half of it didn't even have one strand of cheese! It was EMPTY!! I've gotten a potato taco hot with melted cheese,but the second time I ordered it the same menu item was suddenly cold potatoes and came with shredded lettuce, not cheese. I gota black bean crunch wrap twice. The first time it had lettuce but the second time it didn't. Also, I've gotten the fries acouple times and they're always ice cold and super soggy. I know some people like mushy soggy fries, but I like my fries hot andto have an outer crisp. Anyway, this particular location is inconsistent and not getting what I order (repeatedly) isinconvenient. Save your time and money and eat elsewhere. Read more
