First time eating here and will definitely be back! This is AUTHENTIC mexican food. None of that Los Arcos or Rosies type where... they just drench cheese on everything and call it a mexican meal. This is real Mexican food just like our mom?s make. Therestaurant itself is neat and well cleaned. It?s nothing fancy but they take pride in it and you can tell. Taqueria El Cazador is a small hole in the wall Mexican restaurant that doesn?t look like much on the outside but I was blown... away by how delicious they?re Quesabirria was! Reeeallly good fish tacos that prevent me from trying anything else on the menu. The quality of the fish tacos tell me that the... rest of the foot must be good, but man, it?s really hard to fine good fish tacos anywhere else. I?ve never eaten at therestaurant so I?m not sure if they have hot sauce options on the tables. If they don?t then that?s the only issue I have withthe restaurant. But even if the rest of the foot is awful, I would still come back for the fish tacos. Maybe I?ll try anotheroption when I get a raise and can just buy two entrees. Read more

The family and I decided to try Taqueria El Casador for lunch. The food was delicious and the price was fair. We especially... enjoyed the condiment bar and the free refills of horchata. They also offer chips, salsa, and beans complementary when you ordera meal. I ordered the carnitas tacos and the menudo, my wife ordered the siete mares soup, my oldest daughter ordered thechicken dinner, and the other two ordered the tamale plate. No complaints. We will return and enjoy the tacos. Read more
Authentic Mexican food. Best taco trucks in town. The restaurant version in South Huntsville has a salsa bar, and free chips and... beans. There is a drive thru version in Madison. If you can't fix it with green sauce, use more green sauce. Read more
