The Cheesecake Factory was delicious. I went there to celebrate my birthday ???? and it was an amazing time. The atmosphere was... so refreshing. I ordered the cheese, tomato, and basil flatbread with the Chicken Caesar salad. It was so yummy. The waitresswas very kind and attentive. I ended the evening with the Caramel Apple Cheesecake. Food and service were good as always. But the size of the cheesecakes to go are very very small. They take up less than a 1/3... of the box and there is more whip cream than cheesecake. Definitely not worth the $9.50 for each piece. Can't see going thereagain anytime soon. Read more
Nice friendly staffs, we seated quickly and ask for a drink. so we order hot cocoa/chocolate - it takes forever. i ask how long... to get our drinks says, they're waiting for a cup but it served in a tall glass and cold. so the waitress came ask for ourorder...i order egg Benedict , friends ordee jambalaya something, taco steak --- all our 3 orders cold as as ice!! the potatoescold, no flavor at all, the only thing the lil bit warm is the Korean chicken.... fyi we waited our order an hour or more.needless to say, I WILL NOT COMEBACK. been to other cheesecake factory they were good. and this is our 2nd time coming instill having problem our food.. manager came to our table and offer if we want to re-make our food, or order another, or if wewant a dessert theyll give us free. but i am not happy, and very disappointed.. the hot chocolate they took in our ticket. Endless journey to a total fail Family Dinner. It began with a group reservation made 30 days prior due to the extensive wait... list. At arrival we had to wait another 10 minutes to be seated on top of the reservation. By the way we announced our arrival15 minutes prior to our reservation time just to play safe. From there we waited 35 minutes with the menus on hand waiting tobeing our initial order of drinks, appetizers or food. The place had many empty tables we were on a holiday at around 1:30pm. Sobased on Google it was not too busy. So what was the issue, we were seated on a corner where the traffic is based on the peoplegoing to the restroom. So waitress with little regard to customer service, skip or forget they have more customers. This kind ofservice uses the approach of targeting which customers are on a high importance versus those who are not. During our waitingodyssey the bathroom was a new adventure of toilet paper on the floor. Very unpleasant to an already unpleasant experience.After going to the manager based on our wait, we got the opportunity to put our initial order. From there we were glad to have afly to give us company. Our wait was the average 30 minutes, hot, well prepared and with flavor. We had several refills. Themain reason we were forgotten, was due to no server was assigned to our table a complete oversight that our initial serverdidn?t care to inform that would not cover our table. We got a server just by the intervention of the Manager. This experiencecompletely diminished the reason of making a reservation, going on a non busy hour nor a busy day. Just to get a verydisappointing experience. Recommendation: if you have to wait 30min to get in for a casual dine in then give it a try. Do notmake a reservation it is pointless. I have done the take out. PS original plain cheesecake is only served on dine in. We used to frequent Cheesecake Factory brunch back when we lived in Delaware. We were so excited to see a Cheesecake Factory... here now in Huntsville! We had a reservation for 10:15 a.m. and we were able to be seated right away. The food is absolutelydelicious! My Cinnamon Roll pancakes were so huge I ended up bringing some home. My brother loves his Breakfast Jambalaya. Myhusband devoured his Monte Cristo! I forgot to snag a picture of it before he jumped in. Read more
Everything was cold! The Wings looked as if they had been fried twice and then left in the grease. The Nacho were cold and... hard. The soda came in a very small cup. This is the third time I have had Cheesecake Factory and it has been lousy all threetime, the first time was Flatbread Pizza, it was horrible and I ordered the Nacho's the last time and they were horrible, but Ithought I would try once more. The Flatbread Pizza, Salmon, Drinks amazing!! Service was outstanding. Even the lunch specials are plenty to share between two... people. No need to order extra broccoli for the salmon meal. The portions are huge. I'm telling you that the salad with thebalsamic dressing is so yummy ????. We went back a second time, I ordered the Impossible Burger, in which it was tasty but thepatty was larger than the bun, not a big deal but I do prefer the patty and bun to be same size BUT again did not interfere withthe great taste! The Cheesecake Factory is a relatively new restaurant in Huntsville at Bridge Street mall. It is a welcome addition and a very... good restaurant. It has the same atmosphere and decor as others in the chain. There is also the same very extensive menuavailable. It goes on for a few pages so there is something for everyone. It always has a number of people eating here andobviously a high volume restaurant. Having had a number of dishes here and at other locations, the food is always very good.Options vary from breakfast meals to much heavier dishes as well as soup, salad and half sandwich options. The servers areoften very busy. They are efficient and friendly but sometimes trying hard to keep up with everything going on. On my mostrecent visit, I opted for a half sandwich with turkey and avocado and a salad. The bread was very fresh, the avocado was freshand everything was well prepared. Cheesecake, obviously, is often a highlight of the meal and there are numerous options tochoose from. It has always been an outstanding dessert, with plenty of calories to go along with the taste. On this occasions,we passed on dessert anyway as we were already quite full from a big meal. It may get busy but Cheesecake Factory is a verypopular restaurant for good reasons?good food, reasonable prices and fantastic desserts. Read more
