We were passing through, it was a very busy time on a Saturday morning and they were slammed with take out orders which seemed... to take priority over those eating in. The order took forever, was not complete, food quality and taste was poor. Had to keepasking for things like silverware, ketchup etc. While waiting to order and then for our food to arrive some of the staff wereclearly flustered and disgruntled with each other as they were having verbal disputes with each other. Management walked in inthe middle of it and attitudes changed immediately. The one bright spot was the older gentleman who served coffee seated usquickly and kept asking if I wanted my coffee warmed. And also saw an ant crawling across in front of me just as I finished themeal. Yuck! Read more
Waffle House experiences vary from visit to visit. The food is always filling and usually good though. On my latest visit, the... food was awesome. I got the All Star breakfast with eggs over light, hashbrowns scattered, smothered; country ham (instead ofbacon or sausage) and a plain waffle. Everything was cooked perfectly! Read more
Use to love coming to this location. Attitude by waitress that had just come in. Was waiting for table to be cleaned and it... was deliberately given to someone that came in after me after I had waited for it. I simply walked out. Didn't care to waitany longer or be served by someone who ignores and show partiality toward respectable customers. Read more
I wasn't a great experience. The wait was outrageous. I understand that they had a lot of customers when we were there but it... took forever just to get someone to acknowledge us. Then when I got the food the omelette eggs were not completely cooked. Alsoit was supposed to be vegetarian but they put bacon in it. I would not recommend this place to eat. Read more
Usually love to eat here but today coffee was just luke warm and when asked for a refill was told there was a fresh pot brewing... only to ask again and she came back and I got the bottom of the pot which was again luke warm. Food was pretty good but baconwas slightly under cooked on the ends. Table after being wiped off was still sticky in areas. Wasn't their best day. Read more
The service is always great! Food hits the spot! But the napkin box had ants and we realized that the ants were coming from... under the table. We always noticed (hard not to) this place needs a really good cleaning!! Deep cleaning!! Read more
Caught them without a cook so 2 waitresses prepared our meals and did so in the most professional manner. No fuss, no mistakes,... just exactly what we expected! Well done Waffle House Read more
