I ordered a Large fry and a water at 1:30pm on a Tues., it took 10 minutes for them to ask me what I ordered. The only reason I... ordered what I did was to get in and out.. by the time I left there was at least a dozen + cars in line. Fries were acceptablebut not hot.. I had a triple burger a few weeks ago, the meat has no flavor. Just "ehhh, it's food.., sorta". McDonald's is muchbetter in my opinion. I miss old Wendy's Read more

Like everyone else has said literally they wait 15 minutes between taking an order at the drive thru. It's not because they are... being overwhelmed I mean it's incredible. If you get there at 10pm and there are 5 cars in the drive thru just leave trust me,you will not be able to order before they close at 11pm I am not exaggerating. Oh and this is not a one time thing it's happenedto me at least 3 times I am sure this Wendy's is owned by the corporate office because if a franchisee owned it I can promisethey would not allow this to continue. Just read the reviews it's not even an isolated incident it literally happens to halfthe people that go there. That store manager needs to literally be let go, and then contact the district manager they mightcare since I know not all the Wendy's in the area are as terrible as the Wendy's #513. Read more

Great intent on service however. Short comings fell in the form of mobile app. Ordered and when spouse went to pick up food it... was not ready and proceeded to wait 20min for one burger patty on a triple with no bun as it seems to be the trend when mobileorders are customized as the products do not come out to customer liking at points. EX, when customer asks for no bun order theproduct is produced without any other condiments to accommodate the original aspect of the food product it comes out plaininstead. Read more

Placed order there today with Vicky the cashier and my wife ordered 2 chicken blt's and 2 junior bacon cheeseburgers and 1 drink... and Vicky said with an attitude " you don't want the combo?" My wife said no thanks and Vicky said with attitude again "you'd bebetter off with the combos!" Well the combos don't come with 2 sandwiches and didn't want fries. We get our food and get in carand we had 3 burgers and 1 chicken? The patties were burnt and buns were hard! We were in a hurry so we didn't have time to goback in much less deal with them again. Very fast service inside, despite a line of cars. Happy smiling hostess, which just makes your day, you know what I'm saying? ... Food was hot. Out of salt packets, so she put some salt in a container for me. That was going above and beyond. It was the bestfood and experience I've had in a while. Read more

Do not go to this Wendy's if you have a time limit. I waited an hour for a meal, and it was never given to me. They keep the... receipt at the register, which leaves the issue dependent on the memory of whichever cashier took your order. I have tried toget food from this particular Wendy's for over two years with mixed results, but this was the last attempt. All this being said,I understand what it is like working at a resturaunt. Sometimes the planets aline to create a perfect storm of circumstance,delivering a wicked brew to a random patron. Other times a patron might simply be irritable and have a Google account. Read more

I was in Wendy's, and this rude staff member referred to a transgender woman as a "she, her, he, that thing over there..." and I... thought it was very offensive for an employee to disrespect someone in that manner in a public place. This is very unacceptablebehavior. ???? Read more
