Absolute horrible service! The manager, Mitch, was completely rude and unprofessional. Even if this is a fast food restaurant... there still is an expectation for good service. I had 3 separate orders that he would not allow to pay separately. Insistedthat they had to be paid together. Did not give our drinks and had to go in to get them. His waved his arms for us to go awayas if we were dogs and not paying customers. Last time I checked when you pay for something and then don't get it that's calledstealing. Worst Zaby?s I?ve had in this city. They?ve had chance after chance and always fail me. From cold fries to undercooked chicken... tenders and zalads to toppings missing. They need to do better. Pay attention to your order when you order online. 2nd time in a row it has not been close to right. This one is on me for not... checking before I left. Absolutely the best, every time! Always perfectly cooked and my orders have never been wrong! I love seeing the actual happy and... friendly staff as I walk around the corner to place my order and it's why I refuse to use the drive thru, even though I'm alwaystaking my orders to-go. Positive environment with positive vibes is something that you can't find just anywhere. This Zaxby'salways has that special five star touch that I can't get enough of. So, just went here for lunch today at 12:30pm. Walked in to grab some food to go and we were told that we could not be served... because the drive through was full. However, the dining room is half full of old white senior citizens. The last person servedin front of us is a mom and two kids. ????????Then the only two men of color in the place are told this?!
