This is honestly the worst Zaxby's in town. The last three times I visited, they got my order wrong. Tonight, when I walked in... to pick up my order, it was behind the counter instead of in the pick-up area, and the two women behind the counter didn'tacknowledge me at all. One of the cooks in the back had to point out that I was waiting there (after I'd said "excuse me"twice). They STILL didn't acknowledge me, and instead someone else came from the back to get me my order. At this point, Iwould rather drive across town to another Zaxby's than visit this one again. If you like talkin to walls and gettin overcharged and wait forever for your food. This is the place for you. Person that took... my order asked for here or to go. I said for here. Rings it up as to go anyways like why even ask. Then I ordered my meal askedfor my drink upsized to a large and rings it up as a small and when I said it was a large drink she charged me for the largedrink and the small drink. I?m not from here and was really shocked when I received the food bought. I actually couldn?t believe that they would sell food... in such bad state. Everything was super overcooked and dry. 8$ for a sandwich that layed under a heat lamp for like 5 hours??!! Read more

This was my first visit to a Zaxby's in several years. We walked into the restaurant to order food to take home. It was not... crowded. The restaurant appeared neat and clean. The man behind the counter was direct and to the point in answering a couple ofquestions. I did not take much time to search the menu. We quickly settled on two small orders of chicken with french fries,bread, and iced tea. Had I taken more time to peruse, I would have noticed the smaller salads available. They were right thereon the menu. I made a mental note to order one of them next time as it sounded healthier than fried chicken and frenchfries. It was a short drive to our house. The food was still hot. The chicken was cooked light brown. It had a good textureand flavor and cooked just as it should be: not too done so it did not get rubbery. It came with a sauce for dipping. It was alittle spicy and a good flavor. A little of the sauce went a long way for my particular taste preference. Many would probablyprefer the chicken with the slightly nippy flavor. The serving of fries in each order was very large. We did not eat them all.The fries were still hot and also cooked as they should be: not too done to start drying up and getting hard and crunchy. Thetoast had a good buttery flavor. It had been grilled. Again, it was cooked to a light brown color so it was just right. Ourvisit was a good experience. Only 2 stars because the cashier was polite. Brought my kiddos at 2pm it?s not like there was a rush. We were the only ones here... besides one gentleman. 3 meals, $26, super simple. The place was in desperate need of a wipe down but otherwise we found adecently less greasy table to sit at. The tea? Definitely from the lunch rush, ok we change our drinks. The chicken tenders,literally the size of my 9 year olds pinky, seriously. Half of 2 of them pure tendon and fat. The chicken and fries tastedrewarmed from lunch. I ordered online and after arriving at the time it said the order would be ready, they said they didn?t see the order when it... was placed so they would make it then. I ordered the 4 piece chicken finger plate with double fries and was in disbelief when Igot home and opened the box. 2 literal chicken nuggets and 2 tiny ?chicken tenders?. The chicken didn?t even really have a tastewithout sauce. The Zaxby?s on Memorial Parkway is consistently better and I?ve used both locations often. Probably won?t beretuning to this one. Read more
