The food here is OK. It's not amazing. They need to improve many of their meals. Nachos are a favorite meal of mine and the... nachos they serve seem more like something you would get at a ball park than a restaurant. I've never been to a non-fast-foodrestaurant that serves nacho cheese sauce with their nachos, the kind that comes from a jar. The meat seasoning tastes likesomething from Walmart out of a packet. I was told that their gravy that is served with their biscuits and gravy comes from apacket and tastes exactly as you would think packet gravy tastes like. It's not very good. The stuff is so thick it doesn't flowat all and looks more like gelatin. Their omelets could be better! Every time I have ordered their omelets they have beenserved overcooked and brown, instead of the usual yellow color of omelets. I ordered a cheese and onion omelet this morning andthey drowned it in so much cheese that I couldn't even see the omelet underneath. When I flipped it over, the entire backside ofit was dark brown. On one occasion we were asked if we wanted their home fries with our meal and we agreed to try them. Theywere really good and had lots of flavor, however they were still hard in the middle. The next time we came in we asked them tocook them longer and they came out the same way as the first time we ordered them. I think they need to be cut a little smallerand cooked a little longer. I think their burgers have a great flavor, however they usually come out soaked in too much greasemaking the bread on the bottom very soggy. In one of our visits we ordered a mushroom, onion and cheese burger. The cheese wastranslucent I guess from going on the patty to soon. The mushrooms had a chewy, spongy texture and seemed to be overcooked. Iwas hoping to find at least one meal that I liked, since they are so close to where I live and is why we tried it as many timesas we did. This review got me banned from their restaurant. Read more

It's a little out of the way, but the food was great and the price very low. The menu is pretty simple with mostly burgers and... chicken strips, but very good. I had one of the best chicken fried steaks I have ever had. It cut easily with a fork. I have 3picky kids and each loved what they ate. And the chocolate fried pie I had was great, too. Read more
