To start off I'd like to say how excited I felt when I learned our little town was getting a Taco Bell. But then a year later I... am more than disappointed in our store. I don't go out to eat often, but 2 of the last 3 visits were disasters. One visit to thedrive thru produced no freezes, machine didn't work. The last visit last week produced a medium drink of warm soda, no ice.Really? No ice whatsoever? OK now it's to ask, "what is going on with our new store"? The food is slow to arrive, most often notvery hot and I just feel let down. Wish it was better, just temper your expectations. Sorry it's not better. Read more

This is a nice strategically placed Taco Bell, along US412, but not inside the chaos that is the cities in Northwest Arkansas.... It's a great place to stop and grab a bite if you've been along the I49 corridor, but are driving home going east. I've alwaysgenerally had hot fresh burritos here with lots of stuff too... so for a Taco Bell? Yea, it gets 5 stars from me. Read more
The dining room is still closed. So you have to use the drive-thru. Not a deal breaker for me. I made my order had to pull... around and wait. Ended up waiting 2hours while 6 other customer's that ordered after me got served. The employees had to ask me5 time what I had orders 4 beefy melt burritos not that complicated. I had to go back once I did get my food because they hadgiven me the wrong order . service sucked ???????? Read more

Tried to eat here 5/21/22. Pulled in at a few minutes before 9. Hours on the door said open at 8. Lights off. Doors locked. ... We pulled through the drive through to see what time they opened. 9. Ok. We left, filled up our gas tank and went back AFTER9. Lights still off, door still locked. Finally, a young girl came to the door to tell us they were starting to open. Weasked how long, she said oh a few minutes. Leaving us standing outside in the rain. Not cool Taco Bell. We left and ate somewhere else. Read more
Food is 2 stars, come on it's taco bell. Service is 2 stars. Dude brought us our food but not our drinks. Atmosphere is 1 star.... Dining room is freezing cold. It's a cold wintery day and they have the AC on, staff says they don't know how to change it. Youare better off to go thru the drive thru for your sub par fast food. Read more
