Always a great, cool little place on the water. Although it's not that little anymore, they've done some expanding over the... years. Great place to bring your family during the day. The absolute WORST service I?ve ever had! We got seated immediately, waitress took our food and drink order, brought the drinks... and that was it for an hour! No food, or refills.. nothing! We finally just got up and left! I understand being busy, but ourwaitress sat at a table over near the bar and stuffed her face, all while we sat for an hour with no refills, nothing! Never sawher again, other than watching her eat, oblivious to any customers who were there.. I hate it because we were from out of townand really wanted to try the food.. The wait staff needs some major training on what their job is! I didn?t so much mind thewaiting on the food, although, an hour is excessive no matter how busy you are, however, the lack of attention from the waitressis unacceptable! The food was very good! Simple menue and the presentation and taste exceeded my expectations by far! They were SLAMMED when we... stopped for dinner so I figured the service would be slower, nope it was right out! They must book great music as well becausethe band we got to enjoy while eating was great!! Especially for mid day on a Sunday I believe it was. We will definitely makeit a point to return! I must say we?ve been here many times. So we?re here for rib night on a Thursday and Austin took excellent care of us. From the... drink order to the food order he was polite, prompt, ?asked if it was ok? ?how were the ribs? your welcome to stay andrelax?questions many times to get our feedback. What a conscientious young man and a breath of fresh air compared to servers ifthe past. I can tell that cranberries has put some effort into training their staff. We have had servers who whine and complainat many different establishments and I must comment that this was such a pleasure to dine here this evening. Stopped in after a long motorcycle ride. The locals walking in stated the food was good, but expect a wait. Waitress was nice... and the drinks were served immediately. Pretzel Bites were soon served after. Then the wait... roughly an hour for ourfood. In the meantime, a party of 8 sat near us soon after. They ordered, received drinks and appetizers also. Then their foodwas brought out prior to ours. My frozen, pre-formed burger was served warm at best with the cheese slice looking like it wasunder a heat lamp for some time and my wife's chicken salad sandwich was on a stale croissant roll. We both had onion rings asa side... probably the best part of the meal. The waitress took my wife's meal off the ticket, but neither a manager or superiorcame to the table for any quality control. We showed up there. Sign said use Patio Entrance... We did not know where to go. Walked around until someone showed us a door to... go in. They were not busy. Sat and waited for a server about 5 minutes until I finally noticed the Bartender look over at atable full of youngsters chatting and on phones and told them we were there. The male server we had said he was training theyoung lady w/ him. My first thought was... that is how training works here?? Ordered drinks, got Draft Beer in Plastic Cups.Got paper plates for our appetizers and our "Silverware"...was plastic. Do they know how quick beer gets warm in plastic? Andplastic completely ruins the taste of everything. Can't you get somebody to wash dishes for the prices you charge? Food wasbarely okay. Guarantee most of the product is bought frozen.. Burger dry, fried mushrooms had too much breading, overcookedChicken tenders, cold fries.When I saw the prices.. I figured good quality food, and service... I was mistaken.
