One of my favorite locations. Always make a point to stop at Huntsville McDonald's. as always awesome fries.
Awful. Service was so slow in the drive through that it was practically lining up on the road. Waited at the window to pick up... my food for 5 minutes without a single person even opening the door to even say "hey it's just gonna be a bit of a wait". I'd betotally fine if there was a sign of life from that window to reassure me I'm getting my order. But there wasn't. When I finallydid get my food it was gross. Stale bun, old lettuce, dry patties. Coke tasted like dish water. Never again. Worst Mcdonald's. Read more
Don't let the lineup fool you.. the drive through actually moves quite quickly. I used the McD app to prepare my order in... advance. Simply gave them my order number when I pulled up to the box and off I went. Everything was ready and hot. Very happy. Read more
A Macdonald's where you need to take stairs to enter. I was there during lunch hour and there was a long wait. Also, employees... seemed to be disorganized. Not crowded other times. Closes early. Read more
Sarah was great as a server! Owner in the kitchen and his wife serving! They helped their employees in a time of reduced... staffing! I will be back!! So, I realize that this is not fine dining, but McDonald's has gone downhill with their quality and selection. My burger was... just gross - nothing like it used to be and they've decided that salads are no longer worthy of their menu. On our way to Algonquin we had a quick stop here to have our coffee, the service was super quick and the staff was so friendly... and helpful. The dine in area was very comfortable for us after a long journey. Washrooms are maintained clean and tidy. We havesaved this location for our future visits to Algonquin. Read more
It took us 2 hours of trying to get our pre-order, lining up twice at the drive-through, plus actually going in once, and then... leaving with no food. We went elsewhere to eat. What was suppose to be just a quick pick up turned into a nightmare. Won?t begoing there any time soon. Read more
