Worst customer service I have ever had . Ordered 65 dollars worth of food asked for the 10.99 deal of the day was very harshly... told those are for internet orders anyway ! When we explained we were in the truck on the way home with a sick child andcouldn't do the internet this time we were told sorry about your luck ! Horrible service!!! Stood there waiting to be acknowledged while the two girls spoke another language to each other while... looking at me. My order was left on the cold countertop while my wings were being cooked. After getting my cold pizza and hotwings I got home and opened the wings that were not tossed in sauce but just sitting in a watery sauce. Place is small and dirty, the staff need better training. This location doesn't stand up to expectations from other Pizza Hut... restaurants. Short on toppings but extra grease. Would not recommend. Read more
Wow terrible service!!! We showed up ready to place a big order on the way to the lake. Doors were open, big flashy open sign... lit up in neon lights, walk in and was turned away because they didn't want to have to make any more food, sorry, I thought thiswas a restaurant, isn't preparing food what you do? Stopped in today, 1st time. I'm not a big pizza fan but this was good. Was ready in 15 mins. Had Med Canadian, Stuffed Crust.... Was served hot, golden brown and lots of flavor. Good price point. Friendly service. Excited to try more items on menu. Read more
Check your receipt! We were charged for credit card payment ($1.50) even though we were very clear that we would pay cash. I... asked about salad and was asked if I wanted Alfredo or tomato sauce on it??? Another person came on the phone and said ?oh wedon?t have any salad left?. We ordered ?pizza of the day? $10.99 but charged $18.99. We filled in the Pizza Hut survey and askedto be contacted only to get an email two days later asking if someone contacted us. When I answered No, we got a ?thanks forchoosing Pizza Hut response.. the only good thing about the order was the delivery man. He was very nice. Read more
