Ordered a pizza to go while on the road. Not sure how the order got messed up but I wanted pineapple and even asked my friend... if they liked pineapple in the middle of ordering. No pineapple but when I went back in they very happily gave me a containerof pineapple for my pizza at no extra cost! Highly recommend! Pizza was very good as well! The pizza was very thin and I DID NOT order thin crust. I ordered well done and it was burnt. The pizza crust did not taste... fresh almost like they used a pizza they already had made and added my topping and re cooked it. Read more
First time having pizza nova, they had us on hold for 30 minutes because we messed up our address by one number. We already... placed our order and paid for it, they said we had to repay for our pizza and that they refund our money but we will have towait to see. Once we got our pizza it was burnt, tasted like cardboard. Read more
very good! enough pizza for a family of six who loves their pizza. ???? they told us it would take around 25 minutes, and it... only took 20. brought it to the beach and enjoyed it! stayed warm for a good while. lots of flavouring and sauce was wellseasoned. there was a lot of sauce, so if you're not particularly a fan of tons of sauce, maybe ask for light on the sauce.other than that, very delicious! We are long term customers of pizza nova Huntsville and can honestly say it is the best pizza around. We ordered a pizza for... delivery tonight and it was a little well done. We took it back, and the crew behind the counter was AMAZING. They replaced thepizza, were so apologetic and even threw in some freebies! Ordered 3 Pizzas on Sunday and waited in restaurant to take home to some hungry workers. The order came to approx. $60. When got... home, we broke the seal on the box to find all 3 pizzas were burned badly around the outside of the crust. We called customerservice and were told our experience was partly our fault for not checking them before we left. They refused to remake and toldus they would send us a $10 coupon for future orders. What a slap in the face! I can assure you there are several other pizzarestaurants in Huntsville that will have our family's business before we ever consider this company again. I'm sure the burnedpizza was a o e of, but how the company dealt with the issue is unforgivable. Read more
