Seriously good BBQ. If you are in the area and want good food, stop here. They know how to do BBQ. We had the "Little Smoke"... which has pulled pork, brisket, and ribs which gives you a little bit of everything. Each one was great. We also shared theirburger topped with brisket, it was perfectly cooked, lots of great flavor! All the seating is outside, so watch the weatherforecast, but you can get it to go and have it in the car. Make sure you have napkins. You are going to like this place. Read more

Had the turkey sandwich and half rack of ribs quite pricey at 35$ and really wanted to love the heck out of it based on their... description and reviews. It was good enough for me to rate 5 stars but..... The turkey sandwich was well put together with amound of turkey lettuce and tomato. The turkey was almost too much, but and a big but.....maybe it's just me but I didn't tastethe smokey flavour I've been used to with smoked turkey, plus the meat was dry. The ribs....they were certainly well smoked butwe're a bit dry. More sauce may have helped. They were perfectly cooked and nice flavour from their seasoning / sauce. "This might be the best brisket I've had in my 43 years of life." - my husband. We LOVED it! Portions are huge, small fries,... plenty for a side for 2 people. Brisket on a bun was delicious and they were happy to add lettuce and tomato. No washroom sohave to use an outhouse but it was surpsingly extremely clean. Absolutely delicious ribs and brisket. The entire smokers/BBQ setup was so impressive. The family even waited for me to come... after they had already closed. Next time we are in the area we will come earlier and try all the items that were already soldout. Thanks so much! Read more
Smokin Hot BBQ was well worth the visit. We were led here during a "Guess Where?" Trip and it will definitely be a staple... anytime we pass Huntsville. We had the Brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich. Both were super tasty, juicy, and somethingthat we will remember about our day for years to come. Although it was raining, their outdoor set-up was very welcoming. Weloved the rustic picnic tables (all made with massive live edge wood) and vibes! This place is the epitome of legit barbecue. We knew it would be good as we waited in line, watching someone slice brisket... beside us while another chopped wood. Many items were sold out as it was closer to the end of the day, but everything we orderedwas delicious. Plenty of seating with water views. The vibe was right with plenty of southern/country vintage decor and music.The pulled pork was amazing. Highly recommend! Read more
Outstanding! We have discovered this gem in Huntsville this year and have eaten here several times. The food and service is 5... star. We also had the opportunity to meet some of the family members that run this family owned business and saw first hand theamount of work that is involved. The pit master Larry calls it a labour of love, and you can tell his heart is in it 120%.Pictures speak a thousand words, well look at the platter my family enjoyed today on the last day of this season.
