I don?t normally write reviews, but as we are on the road home and don?t want fast food, it?s a healthier alternative.... Throughout the years we?ve stopped at this Starbucks, and for the most part they are relatively okay. I ordered the Turkey,provolone & pesto on a ciabatta. Which is one of my favourites on their lunch menu, but I was sadly disappointed when I bit intomy sandwich and there wasn?t a single slice of turkey on it. At first I figured .. maybe it?s on the the other half of thesandwich, and to my surprise no, they failed to put turkey on the turkey sandwich. Read more
This place is an absolute disaster. I have visited before work 6 times, on six different days, in the past two weeks. Always... between 5:50PM and 6:05 PM. Never on Friday or Saturday as I don?t work those evenings. The first two consecutive nights Ivisited their Point of Sale system was ?down?, so they CLOSED the drive through and allowed only for mobile ordering. The nextthree visits, which were spaced out over about 8 days?.twice the cafe was completely closed, the third time, the drive throughwas closed. The ONE time I did actually get to order, the drink was made fairly well, and the staff seemed friendlyenough. The management here needs a good hard swift kick in the pants. Get it together. Drinks as expected, friendly staff, but have to give it 3 stars because there's no consistency with ordering. I've never been to... a Starbucks that has as many issues. Drivethrough rarely open, storefront hit or miss, most times you have to order from the appand wait on the patio or in the store. Hope it's gets sorted out soon. Read more
It's hard to give a full rating of this location because the restaurant itself was closed during the time of our visit. The... handwritten note on the door said it was temporary due to a staffing shortage, which was too bad because the store looked to bebright and airy. However, the drive-thru was open, and we used it as the line was not terribly long. I have to say that thefriendliness of the service was great, and was noticeable from the few touches of kindness and thanks for my business. The orderwas accurate, and delivered promptly and at the usual quality expected. I know other reviewers have complained about the erratichours and staffing of this location. But this is a much bigger issue than just this location and this company. Maybe try tounderstand and sympathize with the situation for those who are trying to work and provide your order. Through that lens, myexperience at this location shows the best way to handle tough circumstances. Read more
Service wasn't very good. My order was lost and forgot about. Ordered 2 coffees and 2 Paradise lemonades. Ordered Pike Place... coffee and it was watered down... wasn't free and tasted like water. Not the traditional Pike coffee. Didn't realize it until wewere in the car and on the road. The drive thru and indoor lineups were too long and too busy so we didn't want to turn aroundand wait again. Unfortunately we didn't drink our coffees and went through a Tim Hortons. Our lemonades tasted great though.Unfortunately probably wouldn't go back, or if we did, we would drink our coffees before leaving the store. Sorry! Read more

This is easily one of the best Starbucks stores I?ve ever been to, and I?m from Seattle. Friendly and professional staff, and... very clean! Nice and bright inside. They are very attentive to how things appear, regularly cleaning and mopping the place.Whoever manages this place should be commended and rewarded.
