Tried their Signature Bowl, missing couple of toppings and portion size was really low, too much black pepper and parmesan... cheese. Couldn?t found their avocado smashed patty. Though there was regular avocado scoop. Read more
The one that's on king William is not bad as long as you don't order the white bread which is always very stale

Great experience. Busy place at lunch but the crew of 3 did an amazing job at getting everyone fed quickly.
Went here with my friend for some quick dinner. When asking the staff member if they served soup, the man behind the counter.... Pointed to their sign and rudely proceeded to tell my friend that if she took her sunglasses off she would see the sign. Thenwhen I chose my toppings for my sub, I asked the lady for all the fresh vegetables (no pickles, etc.) She stared at me and threwher hands in the air say "everything is fresh." So I just asked her to finish what she had on it, and put some sauce on. Notsure if they were having a bad day, but it was not a nice feeling, and I will never go to this location again. I've never hadthis problem at the Hanes road location and will continue to use it as the staff are friendly and courteous. Read more
DON?T go here. Doesn?t deserve even 1 star. I watched the man literally wrap my sandwich without closing it. I knew it was... going to be gross and messy so I opened it in the store and began whipping the sauce off the outside of the bread so I couldhold it and re made the entire thing while all three staff stood there. I had to ask for napkins, new paper to wrap it in andwasn?t spoken to at all. No one asked if I needed help, wanted a new sandwich, offered an apology. Nothing. Couldn?t believehow terrible the customer service was. On top of that, all staff were miserable to deal with, didn?t have a bunch oftoppings/meat, toaster didn?t toast. Read more

Sandwiches are good but I'm finding that lately the toppings are very scarce. For the amount of money you spend on a sub these... days, at least give the sandwich a good serving of lettuce or spinach. Read more
