Ordered with mobile app, got my drinks and after 30-40 minutes wait I asked for the rest of my order and was told they did not... have anything and claimed they were calling my name although I never moved from the counter. 2 of the employees (drinks/cashierand deli) took a very defensive attitude against me and never apologized and when I demanded the refund to leave theestablishment, the employer in the deli area yelled at me that I was blaming her... (???) The whole experience was the worstcostumer experience I have ever encountered, unprofessional and immature staff, lack of accountability. Definitely not at TimHortons standards. Read more
closing at 10 pm Friday. And, when I get there at 7:30, they got nothing: 1. I ordered 2 chicken wraps with slow cook chicken,... they only had crispy chicken. 2. I ordered sandwich, they don?t have buns. 3. I ordered chilli, they don?t have any. 4. Theyalso don?t give my ice cap, before I asked them to make it for me. ABSOLUTELY BRUTAL. Disrespectful and rude. It took them 27 minutes to give me 2 breakfast sandwiches combos. There was a long... line at the drive thru so I went it. They took my order and didn't tell me it would be over 20 minutes to get the food. Iwaited and waited as I watched them serve as least 8 drive thru customers for every 1 walk in. I finally just asked for mymoney back. They said my order was next and I still had to wait another 10 minutes after that. Absolutely brutal andDisrespectful. Just be honest and tell me the wait time instead of just continuing to stack more and more orders on top of oneanother and making someone wait 27 minutes for 2 sandwiches and 2 coffees. Worst Tim Hortons in Huntsville by far, avoid this location at all costs. Every time I order here they always mess up my order... probably 80% of the time. For example if you order a steak and egg breakfast sandwich they will always give you a bacon andegger instead. It's absolutely ridiculous at this location and don't even get me started on the coffee situation at thisparticular store. Hands down - a disgrace to the Tim Hortons franchise. Not to mention the egg shells that they serve customerswith every egg. Read more
This is a beautiful location, however the inside of this Tim Horton's was full of flies. The garbage was full and had not been... emptied and the tables needed cleaning. A very young staff was working and they seemed to need some adult supervision. I thinkif the "drive through" customers saw the inside of this Tim Horton's they just might drive on. Read more
Found this sharp plastic piece in one of our wraps today (~4 pm). When we called and spoke with supervisor to just inform them... so that they can make sure no one else gets anything with plastic in it, the supervisor was super rude to us. She definitely hashate in her. We will definitely try to escalate this.. Read more
I have to say they have one of the nicest staffs. However it?s the products I had issue with the coffee tasted stale and hot... chocolate tasted oily (something you taste with oil based coffee whitener) both times I was able to get new ones made but ittasted the same. One time I was there I saw flies in their donut racks. They were cleaning it which I?m sure made a differencesince I never saw them again but they served those donuts that day to customers Read more
