Haven?t been having good experiences with this location as of late. Went for 2 lrg steeped teas and they were medium. Was made... into a large but topped it up with coffee.. half tea and half coffee. Went again for 2 teas again, 2 milk and 1 sugar. We comeregularly as well and got double double with milk and one 2 cream.. personally I cannot make any complaints or question why Iget mistake drinks as I?m met with attitude from the 1 manager. Today i got a carmel ice capp and asked for no whipped cream, but they gave me whipped cream anyways. I was extremely upset that... my ice capp was not to my satisfaction. I also ordered a farmers wrap and it was a 10/10, but I didn't have the proper beverageto wash down my delicious sausage farmers wrap with. I understand working at tims would be a stressful and busy job, but I wasthe only person in the drive thru leaving no reason for a mess up. My order was $9.46 ( quite high if you ask me) and I feelwhen i'm paying top dollar the food might as well be given to me on a silver platter. Great staff but the service is bit slow because it doesn't look like there's enough staff, given that it is a busy location and... tons of people stop on route to seeing the changing colours of fall. Read more
Nice location but REALLY slow service. I visit often and have always found it to be slow. Staff seem disorganized. Coffee and... donuts are always good though. Just don't expect to get in and out quickly. Read more
Great location and very friendly staff. Too many cars in drive through. You should consider walking in and ordering.... Much... faster. It's a little dated and furniture is getting worn out, could use a refresh or some new paint. Other than that samegreat food and beverages. Read more
It is sad but I have experienced the worst customer service ever in Tim Horton's. I used drive-thru and first of all, they never... greet the customers, I asked for 10 packs of Tim bits without old fashion Tim bits. As you can see in the picture, there are twoof them and they gave me a paper bag. For the first time, I felt Bad for Tim Horton's for such a good brand. ???? Read more
