Most disgusted prejudice place I have ever been. They don't care about their customer service at all! They talk to their... customers like they are pigs in a pen. The owner defends their horrible services and trash behaviour of their employees! I havebeen to this location only twice and on both occasions I watched the employees disrespect an elderly lady and then experiencedthe trashy treatment myself the second time. I left the first time and refused to give them my money after I seen the way theytreated the elder lady. Needless to say both times I was at this location were horrible experiences I would never recommendanyone to go to this location. Read more

This Tim hortons had been going down hill the past couple years. My orders are always messed up yet being very simple orders.... Some staff members are welcoming and some are not. Coffee taste burnt most of the time Read more
Went to drive-thru, asked for old fashioned glazed - didn't have. Asked for peanut butter cookie - said they had. Also ordered... dark roast coffee. Was TOLD to drive through - no "thank you?. Paid for items and was THEN told no peanut butter cookies. Askedfor refund - employee not happy about that, had to ask another employee to do this. Got refund and was sarcastically told to?have a NICE day!" Dark roast coffee was very weak and watery - like the grounds had been used a second time to make anotherpot. Most Tim Hortons locations are terrible but I?ve always had good luck with this one. The coffee is fresh even during off peak... hours and their sandwich making skills are remarkably good. Twice now my sandwich was perfectly made and served with allingredients properly placed between bread. Most other places employ the deconstructed sandwich mashed in a wrapper approach. Read more
This Tim Horton's has gotten our order wrong for the 5th TIME in a ROW! This is my 5th iced coffee that's supposed to be a... Vanilla Cream Cold Brew (See photo. Iced coffee is vigorously stirred together, cold brew is not stirred at all) The 1st time Iordered a Vanilla Cream Cold Brew, it was corrected & the cream was at the top. This place is definitely confused. The app states it is located on 180 West Rd where as signage is 1150 Hanes Road? The staff... here is plentiful but for an order of an XL French vanilla with a strawberry shortcake doughnut pairing took a total of 25minutes to complete. To top things off, the French vanilla is a medium at best and very watered down. Will definitely look atother options when in the area (A&W next door?) Read more
Only asked for 2 steeped teas. Both medium, both with 1/2 sugar and both with double milk. Ended up with no sugar in either one... and cream in both.. Because we were travelling on a slippery, snowy highway, we didn't go back for replacement... Read more
