This BWW is fine, near hotels, and easy to get to. Every time I've visited, they've been out of beers at the bar. I would... understand if it were the seasonal beers or some sort of rarity, but we're talking, like, Miller Lite. Service is good from theservers, but the kitchen has been slow, even when I've been one of very few customers. But the attitude from the servers hasalways been great, they've been friendly, apologetic when there are issues, etc. Overall, it's an average experience. If you'rea big BWW fan, then it's fine, and it'll do. The food was fine, our side salads were okay, and I'll probably end up coming backwhen I'm traveling with colleagues and they need a wing and beer fix. Read more

Placed a take-out order and found out they charge a pickup fee of 99 cents. On top of it they charged me for extra ranch I did... not ask for and the cashier proceeded to run my card after I complained about it without telling me she was unable to remove it.I will never be back. If the food costs more, charge more for the food, but don?t charge me for driving to your restaurant,getting out of my car and picking it up when you didn?t have to pay wait staff to wait on me, didn?t have to do dishes, and hada table freed up that other customers could sit at. My hubby loves the hot stuff so we go regularly. Service always friendly if not always knowledgeable. I asked about a new item... pictured on the menu and the server tried to explain what was on it by looking at the picture, didn't go ask anyone. l used to love ordering to go from here. Then i moved & now this location is the closest to me (almost an hour drive). I?ve... asked my fiancé on 2 different occasions now to pick dinner up for me on his way home from work & it seems like they cannotgive me the correct order if their lives depended on it. The most annoying part is when I call to let them know the onlysolution they can offer is for us to drive back up there & swap things out. seriously who the F would want to drive 2+ hours forVERY basic bar food!? Food was good. Only real concern was that all the food was brought out at different times. My wife's first five minutes later my... daughters and than about 5 minutes later mine. Waitress was nice and other staff was approachable. We will eat there again inthe future. Read more
