Chili had so much salt could not eat. Tasted old. Salad was ok and ranch dressing was good but cannot go back
Chicken and French fries were cold and soggy; definitely not crispy. Lava cake was frozen, chocolate and caramel sauces were... frozen and ice cream was melting. What's wrong with this picture? Oh, the corn on the cob was actually hot. They got one thingright. They do NOT take care of customers that pick up their food rather than dine in. Very busy, but understandable because of the time and day. Server brought drinks for others at table and forgot mine but left in... such a hurry he didn't give me time to tell him. Had to wait almost ten minutes to get someone's attention to bring it up. Thefood was wonderful like it always is at chili's, the price was reasonable, and the atmosphere was welcoming minus this oneissue. Read more
Oct 2021 Food was amazing today. Fresh and super tasty!!!!!! Ribs and chix fajitas were great!!!!!!! Got bbq wings and they were... perfect and crispy!!!!! May 2021 Ribs were good. The wings used to be the best and today they were terrible. Sad because theyhad the best and is my favorite to order. The flavor was way different and just a big disappointment. Get there at 656,and pay for my food, wait about 10 min then they tell me they made the wrongcrispers. We order the crispy ones with buffalo sauce. 20 min later we get our food. Had to tell them if we could get my drinks.I check the bag they didn't give us any sause or salsa for the chips. Finally get that. They still didn't give us our salad orfries but after all that just left. Manager did gave us a gift card 10$ but get home my quesadilla was cold and the edges ofthe tortillas not edible. This place is wonderful. I have pretty aggressive allergies so when I started to have a reaction in the middle of our meal, our... server Katie rushed to the back and got me some benadryl. My baby sister had a wonderful time it was the first time she had tasted guacamole in a long time and she enjoyed minds more... than I did which was really good the food was great and the service the little young lady that served us she was very good atmaking sure we had everything that we needed we really appreciate her...
