First time for hubby and I. He got a garden fresh turkey sandwich with fresh steamed broccoli and I got the McAlister club with... potato salad along with sweet for both. We were not disappointed. The food was great and the service was awesome. Read more

To start off, my husband and I love McAlister's. It's affordable for a good sized, balanced meal, and it tastes great. However,... it has been a couple months since we've been through a town that has McAlisters, and today we were driving through Huntsville ona roadtrip, so we decided to stop for lunch. The food tasted great as always, but the portion sizes were TERRIBLE. We ordered aside of mac and cheese, and the side cup was barely filled 1/3 of the way. It was about 3 bites worth. When I asked the workersabout this, they said that this was a new idea from management to serve smaller portions to cut back on cost. So I just want tosay this to management- that is a terrbile idea- unless your idea is to lose customers. Then you're doing great. So here's apiece of advice- if someone actually pays money for a meal, then they want to eat a meal, not just try a sample. I know- what acrazy idea. Do better people. Read more

This is the worst McAlister?s. My family came for an early dinner. They were out of a lot of the menu items. We had already... ordered and paid before they informed 2 members of our party that they were out of the food they ordered. When trying to choosea new menu item, they found there were even more items that weren?t available. When we did receive our order, the food was cold.It must have been sitting, waiting to be taken to the table for too long. Read more

Wanted good salad ???? decided to order from this restaurant. The chicken Cesar salad was good. I just don?t like the idea of... two small side salads in two separate containers to make a large salad. And if it?s the shortage on products that is thechallenge, then definitely add a little more salad ???? in the containers. For the prize of a salad I feel the portion sizeshould be bigger. And I definitely don?t want to prepare my salad only to prepare another salad. It?s a little difficultpreparing a chicken Cesar salad to go that?s in a small container only to prepare it again. Pretty good Giant spuds!!! Tried their Chipotle Chicken and Bacon, and Spud Max. This was our first time at MacAlister's Deli... and their food was perfect for our lunch. We will definitely come back again. Read more

Great Deli with an amazing sandwich menu and great service. The chicken club with a side of potato salad and strawberry... lemonade is my favorite. Definitely recommend this place if you should come across one . Read more
