The staff are rude and insulting. The delivery driver tried to start a fight with me because he blocked the handicapped space... and was mad I was blocking him by parking in the other. He jumped out of the truck, screaming, and chased me inside where themanagement chastised me for yelling at him. They break ADA laws and yell at you for it. Read more
This has been one of the worst fast food places I?ve ever encountered. The hours for their dine in is inaccurate, and so we went... through the drive through. No one was on the speaker to receive our order and when we got to the window they struggled to figureout our order and had us pull up to the third window to give them time to prepare it. Another 30 minutes has gone by, so an hourby now. I called them and they had forgotten about us, and didn?t prepare our order at all. After talking with them twice sincethe phone hung up they finally gave us our order after another 10 minutes. Such terrible customer service. Read more
Came through for late night munchies. I wanted ice cream but of course it's McDonald's so their machine was down. I order a... combo and a couple happy meals for the kids. No toys they forgot the sauce for our nuggets and no ketchup or napkins. I meanwe got our food but it bummed the kids out and made me feel like we didn't get our money's worth. Read more

Usually this location is my favorite and the service was good but unfortunately the food was not. The big Mac had almost no... sauce on it and the fries were not fresh and this was during the lunch rush. Read more
I went here (on Sam Houston) a week or so ago. It was close to 10:30 or so. I ordered 30.00 go up to the window and they proceed... to tell me they only take cash at night!! No signs back by the menu nothing about this! Of course I didn't have cash. I had adebit card. Cash only?? I wonder if the management knew how much h money they lost that night. i can't believe i have to give them a star since they don't have neg stars. this store is the worst ever. they are so slow, poor... customer service. you can tell the owner and managers would rather not deal with any customers. the want the machines to dothem. i say that because if you don't want to use their machines well it will take time to get someone to actually take yourorder and even them they act like it is a bother to have you even come in. then after you deal with that you will deal with along wait even if you are the only person inside and they have one person in drive thru. and when i say long wait i mean longlike 20 to 45 min wait while you watch the workers play around. then when you get your food it is cold. funny the owner spentall that money remodeling their two places in huntsville, tx but they haven't fixed their issues with food or service. I havegiven them several chances then stopped going after a year i tried them again, sadly, they are still the same. I would give 5neg stars if i could. oh and one more thing you never know when the dinning room will close. don't go by their posted timebecause they could close it 4 hours early at any given day.
