I drove past this raising canes on my way out of town and this is my favorite fast food place so I had to get off the hwy and... turn around and go back to it! There was quite a few cars in the drive through so I decided to go inside and order my food togo. Ordering was easy and I got an extra toast in place of the fries and I got a sweet tea. My food was hot and my tea wasfresh. It only took them a minute to get my food to me. The cashier and other guy behind the counter were kind. They evenwatched my food and drink while I ran to the bathroom real quick. I looked around and all the other employees were eithercleaning tables or windows. After taking the order of the car in front of me, no one from the restaurant ever came out to inform me or the car behind me,... that there was an issue with headphones. I sat there almost 35 minutes patiently waiting for someone to finally come out to saythe headphones did not work, by that time there were about ten or more cars waiting and blowing their horns. Finally a youngwoman came and said " I'm going to take your order from here. I gave her my order and she directed me to pay at the window. Location was pretty dirty. Chicken was hot and fresh but the fries....not so much. Staff never came out and cleaned at all... during our visit. Canes is known for its strict cleaning standards, but those lessons are missed sorely in the dining area andthe men's bathroom. Read more
