I drove past this raising canes on my way out of town and this is my favorite fast food place so I had to get off the hwy and... turn around and go back to it! There was quite a few cars in the drive through so I decided to go inside and order my food togo. Ordering was easy and I got an extra toast in place of the fries and I got a sweet tea. My food was hot and my tea wasfresh. It only took them a minute to get my food to me. The cashier and other guy behind the counter were kind. They evenwatched my food and drink while I ran to the bathroom real quick. I looked around and all the other employees were eithercleaning tables or windows. They seem to work hard for their guests and their food was great! Good place to eat!! Read more
After taking the order of the car in front of me, no one from the restaurant ever came out to inform me or the car behind me,... that there was an issue with headphones. I sat there almost 35 minutes patiently waiting for someone to finally come out to saythe headphones did not work, by that time there were about ten or more cars waiting and blowing their horns. Finally a youngwoman came and said " I'm going to take your order from here. I gave her my order and she directed me to pay at the window. Ipaid and pulled forward, then the young woman asked me did you pay for your order. At that point I felt utterly humiliated. Read more
Location was pretty dirty. Chicken was hot and fresh but the fries....not so much. Staff never came out and cleaned at all... during our visit. Canes is known for its strict cleaning standards, but those lessons are missed sorely in the dining area andthe men's bathroom. Read more
2 stars for service otherwise no stars. Canes was the go to place for lunch for a while. We stopped eating there for lunch due... to schedules etc. I went today for the first time in a few months. I will not be going back. Price increase and the chickentenders are about half of what they used to be. Less fries and the bread was stale. This is not a value and the food quality hasgone downhill. Easily one of the top three best fried chicken places in Huntsville in terms of pure chicken rating. However, easily #1 in... Huntsville when it comes to customer service and the overall restaurant experience out of all the other fried chicken focusedrestaurants. I prefer crunchier less chewy fried chicken with a serious amount of batter slathered on so take most of what Isay with that bias in mind. The chicken here while slightly crunchy on the outside lends itself more to a moist and softerstyle of chicken that is perfectly complimented by the canes sauce. On their own, the flavor leaves just a little something tobe desired but they still taste great the next day if you manage to have any leftovers since they reheat well. All of theemployees are still wearing masks and clearly taking the pandemic seriously which is also something that this place is doingbetter than the majority of businesses in town. I've never had any issues with any of the employees and the one time that I hadan issue with my order they corrected it immediately and without a hitch. Read more
This location for Raising Canes is great for people who are traveling. You can come off the highway and right back on really... quick. The customer service at this location is great. I?ve been to some locations where either they were just in a bad moodthat day or they are shoddy at best. As usual, the chicken is right on. Tender and juicy white meat, with a crispy batter.Batter is not burnt. The oil that they are cooked in is also not burnt or has the flavor of being burnt. And to top it off canesauce is great. The hardest thing about Resturant is having all their food universally the same every time you go in. Fries arenot soggy. Coleslaw is not to saucy and not too sweet. Awesome place! Read more
While visiting texas this place was recommended to us so we tried it and i am glad we did as it is pretty good. The chicken is... pretty tasty and the fries and texas toast were awesome. The main downside is the price as they are pretty expensive but you getplenty of food. Read more
