This is by far one of the worst Starbucks I've ever been too. I stopped here on the way to Houston but on my way back I avoided... it like the plague. The staff were beyond rude. They treated myself and everyone in front of me as though we didn't exist. Nothank yous or your welcomes...no how are you doing today.... I got a what do you want and than my name called for the coffee. Iproceeded to say thank you for the coffee and the lady rolled her eyes and walked away. I ordered an upside down green apple latte w no fat milk - they did NOT mix it at all so the top was hot milk and the bottom... almost made me throw up! I order these regularly and Kroger and Target Starbucks are delicious ! Get it right $11.00 is toomuch to be made wrong, although the pumpkin loaf was tasty! Read more
They have a drive through. I go here often and they are always quick and get the order right most of the time. If you want... something a certain way like extra caramel drizzle you have to let them know what your talking about. Read more
Told me they were doing multiple mobile orders before my order.. no one else was there and it took 15+ mins. I understand this... was probably a corporate decision to prioritize mobile orders, so sorry for the one star, but I have to give feedback somehow. Read more
Certainly had enough employees working and our order was taken right away but it sure took a long time to get our drinks. Sure... were getting the cars thru though. Got our breakfast sandwiches pretty fast and they were hot but that's about all I can say forthem. They were way over cooked. The bread was so hard on top that it crumbled but then it was very chewy & hard to bite. Prettydisappointing Starbucks. Read more
All of the baristas here are so friendly and helpful! My drink was made incorrectly the first time but they were super nice... about it and re-made my drink correctly when I asked. Will definitely come here again!! Read more
The drive through is always slow, so be prepared to wait at least 10-15 minutes for your order. The staff is very nice. This... location has the impossible breakfast sandwich made with plant based ingredients. I'm happy to say that it was good and glad tosee Starbucks providing meat alternative foods. Read more
Always such great staff. Friendly and full of smiles. Fast as possible and hardly ever get anything wrong.
