I always have great experiences at Starbucks but this one in particular I always have problems with. They milk and ice down... everything, espresso always tastes burnt, the place is a mess with 3 girls standing around, almost everyone is rude all of thetime and they sneak on extra prices and don't tell you. If I could give 0 stars, I would. The over charge everything, don't know any of the recipes, and if they were made wrong, they... would refuse to remake them without me paying for a second drink. The milk was curdled, the juices in the mini fridge wereexpired, and half of the cold foods weren't kept at a proper temp making me horribly sick. When I ask for a manager, I rarelyget one. The manager lied to me when telling me what was in a drink just so she could over charge me. Never come here. It ishorrible. I don't even know how they can call themselves Starbucks. I don't think there has been a time where they have made my drink... right or the espresso was not burnt or the milk was bad. I hate that this is the only option I have working here on campus. Read more

Y'all don't know how to be professional. I wonder if being rude is a requirement to work here. I ordered a white chocolate mocha... today. It tasted awful. Burnt and when I looked at it wasn't even filled to the top like normal. I waited a while for the lineto die down so I could ask for another one. Well that was a mistake becuase these people bust thier butt all morning becuase itnever slows down. Shouldn't have bothered. Just got accused of drinking half of my drink just to get a new one. Well guess what.The remake tasted exactly the same as my first one. Threw that drink in the trash on my way out. Read more
