Haven't been for a long time. Met here today for a first date, so was too busy listening and talking to take pictures. I had... the pumpkin pancakes with sausage. Soooo good. I make good pumpkin pancakes myself, but these were spot on. Sweet and slightlysavory with a little crust as if cooked in a cast iron skillet. He had medium rare steak and eggs which included home friedpotatoes. The steak was still pink and juicy, the eggs were perfectly over easy. And the potatoes were spot on crispy andtender. If you're a local and you know the place, you will agree. If you haven't been, go. But be prepared to wait becauseit's a jumping joint. Staff was prompt and courteous. Read more
After driving 6.5hrs to close the deal on a boat I was feeling defeated when it fell through. Moping around the shores of Lake... Erie dreading the drive home I was trying to think of something to lift my spirit on this 50 degree day. Lake perch! Yep, gottafind some Lake perch, the sweet meat of the fresh water sea. Driving through the small town of Huron I notice a sign "fresh Lakeperch", had to stop. Nice little spot on the main drag with friendly wait staff. Ordered the lake perch sandwich, lightlybattered and fried...very good. Hand cut fries were solid as well, I want to add I ordered a side salad and want to speak up forthe ranch. It's hard to find good flavored ranch these days. I passed on the pie but it looked very good, they had severalvariaties. Definately would stop here again. Read more
The service is excellent the food was great! The atmosphere is very hometown, and I just love it here! Best Liver and Onions... w/mashed potatoes along with the green beans that were to die for! Hails Berardi's, I would strongly recommend this beautifulrestaurant ~ Enjoy! Read more
Nice family restaurant! They had a wait when we arrived at 6pm on a Friday, but they were set up to text us when our reservation... was nearly ready, so we took the time to drive along the pier with our little kiddos until we got a text. When we arrived, theservers were extremely attentive and provided excellent service, even with a full restaurant. The food came out quickly after wehad ordered, and everything tasted great. Kid menu portions were generous, and their special for the day (mushroom ravioli witha delicious sauce) was quite good. Would definitely visit again! Read more
Excellent food and service! You?ve got to try the fries, cut super thick and perfectly cooked. Our family had spaghetti and... meatballs, sirloin tips, and beef medallions - all were great. Best food we had while on our trip to Cedar Point. Despite that we arrived close to closing time, our server was awesome and the... food was delicious. One of the best lobster bisques I've had- would highly recommend! Spacious inside and a good amount ofparking. Really reasonable prices. Read more
The Good: The place is super clean. From restrooms to dining area. Spotless. The decor. Pleasant. Comfy. Relaxed.... Welcoming The cost. Very reasonable. Two ppl. Two patty melts with frys. Two ice teas. To pies. $36.00 The Bad. The service.There was only 3 tables with customers. We waited to be seated over 15 minutes while multiple employees looked at us. Then wewaited about 15 minutes more to put in our drink order. Offer of refills on ice tea took a while too. I dont feel like I shouldgo through 1/2 my meal with out a refill The Excellent. The Food. The patty melt was really good. Thick patty on thick grilledbread. Melted cheese. Lots of large frys. The ones that they sold at cedar point till 1978. The Pie... OMG was that good.
