One of the best Wendy's I've been to in a long time food was hot even the french fries
The texture of the sausage muffin was terrible and it had a bad pepper flavor. The potato wedges were dry and if I had to guess... what soil tastes like, it would be similar to the taste of those. We stop here a lot on the way to cedar point, when we were out recently july 30th, the girl on drive through was the absolute... nicest person I?ve had the pleasure of dealing with in any occasion recently! She was so kind while I was ordering, helping methrough my order, offering different suggestions to the incorrect way I was trying to order, knowing that I didn?t really knowthe breakfast menu. After helping me order, she put each persons food in separate bags, knowing we had similar sandwiches butdifferent options, going way above and beyond. She did not have to go out of her way to assist me, but I couldn?t haveappreciated her more. The simple kindness was a small thing to her, but was the biggest gesture to me! It meant a lot. It?snice to see there are still some wonderful people out there. Her kindness spread across my whole day, and has not goneunnoticed or unappreciated. This is the worst Wendy's in a 70 mile radius. I go to Wendy's over in parma and Wooster and even in other places around Huron.... The employees are rude and lazy they won't get me a freestyle drink when you try to order it in the drive through but they wouldget it if I placed mobile order for pickup in the drive by thru make that make sense. And last time their machine wasn't evenfilled might as well remove it with the laziness of the employees at this store. Long story short drive to Sandusky Wendy's letthis one close. Read more
This was possibly the best Wendy's in the country. The staff were very accommodating of dietary needs. The front counter... communicated seamlessly with the grill and the food came out perfectly and hot. The overall experience set a benchmark notsimply for how a Wendy's should be run, but ANY successful fast food franchise. My hat is off to you, Markayla! Read more
