Service was extremely slow i waited 20 min in drive thur. Pleasant enough taking order but my shake was completely melted when I... got it. I ordered a whopper with cheese and bacon. I received a hamburger with cheese and bacon but was charged for a whopper. Iwent back and ordered a whopper to see if the size had changed, no the whopper was In a whopper wrapper where my "1st" whopperwas in a hamburger wrapper. The car in front of me returned a sandwich for the correct sandwich. And Kenny the drive thurattendant was leaning out the window chatting with the second car ahead of me. When I called him out he said they were lookingfor their card but he didn't take a card from them nor did he give them food. I was stuck around the corner at the order menu,but this is what I witnessed when I drove around the corner in full view of the pick up window. When I worked fast food manyyears ago there was a 30 second time limit to get money, give drink and food, and get them on their way. How times have changedfor the worse.
