Twice this shop has made a sandwich incorrectly and they are very rude and not willing, or hardly willing, to help remake or... make it better. Both times we paid for extra meat and cheese in the sandwich and got the regular amount. They argue with meabout how many slices of cheese and meat are on the sandwich, i came to the shop and showed them, they must have thought Iremoved some because they even opened another sandwich and double checked they did indeed mess up and not give what we paid for.They remade the sandwich the first time after I drove back, originally we had it delivered and wasted the delivery charge andthe tip because I ended up having to drive there anyway. Second time, we picked up in store and again normal amounts of meatand cheese. The manager literally said she doesnt know what I want them to do. Make the sandwich correctly would be nice, oroffer to remake for free or bring to us since this is the second time they didnt get a sandwich right. There is nothing else onit but meat and cheese, why is it so challenging to put the right amount on there? And this time they said they do the meat byweight, first time I was told it was by slice. Horrible customer service especially for a brand new shop in town, we wont beback. I can't seem to reply to the reply on this post, but I did submit a formal complaint to the corp. And was told thefranchise owner would be in touch, never heard back from anyone. Read more

Freaky slow. Then said they gave my sandwich incorrectly to the person in front of me. Then they messed up size of my sub, and... it had tomatoes I didn't want. I like jimmy John's but think I'll stick to eating it when I go out of town. Read more
