Great grub at a good price. Street tacos and tortas are on point. I had a chorizo torta and I had plenty of food left over for a... snack for the trails the next day. The baggies of pickled carrots and onions are perfect for your to go orders. Horchata wasdelicious as well. Wife had an enchilada plate that hit the spot. Read more

My family went here after a long day of hiking in Zion\'s National Park. We were so hungry and El Jinete was just what we... needed! The food was delicious and the portions were amazing! I had the chimichanga with shredded beef and I couldn\'t finishit. My husband was happy to help me out. The staff was friendly. I\'m guessing its family owned and run which is awesome. If Iever visit this area again, I\'d definitely go back to El Jinete! Read more

My girlfriend and I ate here during our stay near Zion and the food was phenomenal. I ordered the Chicken Plate and she got the... Caldo de Res and both were great. The chicken plate was loaded with lean chicken and the soup was very good and authentic. Woulddefinitely recommend. Read more

Not the best Mexican food ever, but not the worst. I had the enchilada and taco combo. Was pretty good for the price and alot... of food. If you are expecting sit down high quality mexican food this is probably not what you would be looking for? But if youare looking for cheap Mexican food that is better than other fast food Mexican? you will like this. Read more

The soup I had was divine! Real food, perfectly cooked, and the broth was out of this world! I spoke with a couple locals who... were also there for the soup. Before I even ordered they told me I was going to love it! Tells ya something there! It did notdisappoint! The hot sauce I was told to drizzle in the soup was delicious as well. When I am in the area again I will stop andget the soup and try other dishes. A true gem! Read more

Finally Real Mexican Food. Cook to Order with fresh ingredients. I had a lot to eat : 2 beef taco combo plate w/ rice and beans,... 2 pastor street tacos. The beef was flavorful, tender and juicy. The street tacos were WONDERFUL! The pork was so tender and Itopped it with cilantro and onions only. They have options of salsa also but everything was so flavorful that I did not take amoment to try any salsa. I did try their pickled carrots/jalapeño. I highly recommend this place for couples. This is now mynew spot to go?.no mor driving to StG for mediocre Mexican food. Read more
