Last time my family went to this location I used the app to oder my food curb side. Our food took a very long time to get to us... and we watched many people come and go through the drive through getting their food a lot faster. We thought since we had towait so long that the food would at least be fresh. This was not the case I think they forgot about us and our food was justsitting and waiting. freaking terrible service. Too much attitude with bad work ethic. Waited over an hour for our food, ordered from the app to... bring to a specific table (124 to be exact). After hitting almost 40 minutes, we went to check on the order, just to come findout? our order and frappes we sitting at the front w flies for who knows how long. They RE MADE our order which took anotherchunk of time and had us wait for it because ?They dont bring food to tables? regardless of us watching people get their foodbrought to their table when you order in the store on the self ordering stations they have. This place is never ?able to take orders.? Open at 6 but their system is updating and they can?t take orders. Same thing at... night time too. Multiple times a week. I have a hard time believing that. If you don?t wanna serve people at these times changeyour hours of operation. You?re loosing money any ways. For anyone else just go to tropical smoothie cafe. First of all the kid that took my card was rude he shoved my card back at me I said thank you he wouldn?t even speak to me. When... I went to get my order at last window guy handed me my drink I said thank you no response was very very rude. Idk if this has todo with my race that both of them treated me poorly. This location has not ever gotten my order right. I?ve tried to give them the benefit of a doubt. But, they can?t even get my... order right a second or third time. The food is often cold.
