They are always cheerful, and the pizza always turn out great.

I've been ordering just a plain pizza crust from Papa Murphy's restaurants for 20 years. I've never had any issues with this... before. Came in here to do the same, but the owner told me that "It wasn't allowed" I'm sure that he's a new manager and hasnever had this request before, but he certainly didn't want to even be bothered. I placed my order easily and quickly over the phone. Pickup was great staff was very friendly.

I would say sorry for the store since I had no idea before ordering for what is Take N Bake.... I ordered half and half and when... I pick up the order I realized it is not baked pizza and I was really embarrassing (we are on the road trip so no way to bakethe pizza..) However the owner just cancelled my order without question. It?s Christmas Eve. I get it. I had to work all day too. They already shortened their hours today for the holiday which is great... I think. So, they close at 6 today. I placed my order online at 5:17. AT LITERALLY 5:19, TWO minutes after I place my order theycall me. Asking when I?m coming? I tell them whenever it?s ready and I can head over now. He says ?Just wondering how long Ihave to sit around and wait for you to get here.? Ummmm?? You don?t close for 40 minutes and I placed my order 120 seconds ago.So I hurry over, it?s now 5:25. The doors are locked, all the lights shut off. So I knock on the door and they bring my pizzas.It is NOT my fault that you decided to try and secretly close down earlier than you were supposed to. I went by your hours,placed my order accordingly. It?s not like I placed it 5 minutes before closing. My email said it wouldn?t be ready until 5:38and he?s calling me 2 minutes later wondering how long he has to sit around and wait for me. Do your JOB!? TONS of us have towork the holidays, you?re already getting off earlier than normal and you treat me like that? I?m in such disbelief. Ordered pizza and was barked at " we close in 20 mjnutes"! I said "we are on our way". We got there behind another gentleman so... we waited for our turn. Nothing. So I went up to the door 3 minutes late and made significant eye contact with the twoemployees who ignored me for another 10 minutes while I stood at the door! I am sure their phones were very interesting. I amalso sure all "unspoken for pizzas" get into their families bellies. Furious!! The other gentleman left without a pizza aswell. Read more
