My second visit to Pig's Ear American Bistro. My first visit set the bar for excellence at this restaurant. This visit confirmed... their spot as the best burger in the area, and to be more specific, their House Bacon Burger deserves a spotlight in everycritique's book. For me, I count it was the #1 burger I have ever had. Cooked to perfection, consistently. The work put forthby every staff member at this restaurant is glowing gold, because this place is a gold mine for delicious food, greatatmosphere, and a good time. For parties greater than four, I recommend calling ahead. We shared this lovely experience on My 10th Anniversary. The food was really good. We had the prawns for the appetizer, and... the sauce was so delicious ????. I ordered the Salmon, that was just the right amount of crispy, and tenderness to it. Thehubby ordered the Ribeye, that was just melt in your mouth ???? goodness. I recommend ????. We have mixed feelings about this place. We had heard great things from friends so decided to check it out. Service was... absolutley excellent. Food was bland and overpriced. Restaurant was poorly presented. However, their key lime pie was the bestI’ve ever had. If I could make any suggestions to management. It would be to focus on enriching the flavor of their dishes,and have an interior designer come in and help out. Read more

First time dining here, we ordered the mushroom fries appetizer, the breading was soo tasty you don’t even need to dip it in... the sauce. My salmon was cooked perfectly and my husbands pasta had high quality sausage. The creme brûlée is one of the bestwe’ve had and I had never had bread pudding before but I’m glad I ordered it. We had a great meal with a total of 6 people. Everyone liked their food but the prices are fairly high. I think they are short... staffed so they limit the numbers of people which I think is great so I highly recommend making reservations the day before. Ourserver was great but he was swamped working a large number of tables. It took a little over an hour between ordering andreceiving our meals. Read more

Delicious dinner. Fun clean vibe. Went there for my birthday and was not disappointed. We had the portobello fries to start and... they were delicious. With my ribs I had the Mac n cheese and I have to be honest it was some of the best I’ve ever had in mylife. Service was pretty good. Seemed fairly new but overall did a good job.
