**PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE COMING HERE** I really don?t know why I keep coming back here. Time after time it is... the same. Extremely slow service, cold food and down right rude employees. This most recent time I ordered the rib-eye mediumrare. It came out the color of a winter sky and just as cold. To say it was rare was an understatement. By the time the servercame back around to ask how things were my son had already completed his meal and I my sides. The server never once apologizedfor the poor quality but simply offered to have them ?warm it? for me. Um no, I don?t want the same food reheated. Please doyourself a favor and go on the other side of I-64 to a place called Fireside Grill. Locally owned, better selection, better foodand much better service! Read more
I always love the food and service. My grandson, Xander and I, made the visit. Always a pleasure to share a meal with my... kids! The price was a little high, but it is post covid so it is understandable and reasonable. Read more
This review has nothing to do with our waitress who was very attentive and gracious. This is about being a horrible place to go... and eat. We were the only people at the time ordering food, it took 20 minutes for our food to arrive, a well done cheeseburger and fries and a fried chicken salad. When my salad came out it looked like the chicken was nothing but crumbs scrapedfrom the bkggom of a tray, and the chicken was cold, the waitress came by and I gold her that the chicken was cold and I wouldnot eaf it, she took kg back and came right back not even 2 minutes later with a new salad and the chicken breading wastotally different from the previous salad, maybe they serve popcorn chicken and had some laying around, now the burger, welldone, gkkd char in the burger, but still not well done, French fried were not fresh, how mjxh money does it cost, to go to arestaurant and get freshly cooked food in this area. This was the first visit I'm 15 years to a Applebee's, I can guaranteethis was my last. Even if they are the last restaurant open late, go home, heat up a cup of noodles, you'll thank me later. I will never be back at this disappointing place. We got charged for stuff that we didn?t even order. My husband got a 12 ounce... ribeye ended up getting a 6 ounce sirloin and was still charged for the 12 oz. I had food that the waitress messed up on andthey still charged me for that as well and the manager refused to take neither of our meals off of our bill. Will be callingcorporate. Our waitress was awesome. Food was ok we've had better from here. The gentleman that was hostessing this evening sucked. When we... came in the door he was all the way in the back at a table close to the bathrooms came walking towards the front and from 4 or 5tables away pointed at the table he wanted us to sit in (thought maybe he was just eating when we came in), he did this withevery customer that came in for the next hour to hour & a half kinda yelled at them that they could sit to where ever he waspointing to. Any restaurant that I've ever been in the hostess is their station by the door and takes the customers to theirtable doesn't yell and point where he wants them to sit. My opinion he needs to be retrained or let go!!!!! Read more
This was the WORST STEAK OF MY LIFE!! the service was horrible and our server was incompetent to say the least. I waited tables... for years and I am empathetic to people who work in the restaurant biz. Having said that, this was just awful! We had a giftcard and I feel they should have paid us to consume that mess of plate they called my food. I wasn't even offered a refill on mydrink!! I'd give zero stars if I could!!! Sat for 25 minutes with no menu's and no service. Then waited an additional 15 minutes for the server to come back and take our... order. Was not busy at all. Only a total of 8 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. Very disappointing was there an hrlonger than what we should have been. I will not come back to this location. Left without an apology for leaving us sit for thelength of time we did. As a former restaurant manager this would have never been tolerated where I worked. Shameful to say theleast.. Do better!
