Decided to have lunch, but I didn't know it was all mustard and pickles
Very bad experience. We bought a Combo for $18 on Saturday at the Teays Valley WV location but we were not able to pick it up... because my wife injured her foot. We asked for a refund but Burger King Head Office told us we couldn't and they asked us topick our order from the Teays Valley Location. When we went to collect our order they told us we could neither get the order northe refund and there is nothing He could do. Read more
Horrible experience with a Manager who would not serve an order because it was not registered in the system. Said system is... managed by an outsider company and not part of Burger King. Robot-like service. Left hungry with my money locked in the BurgerKing order system. Thumbs down! Read more

Its pretty great I get it like 9 times a month and I love it but sometimes the fries will be unsalted. <3
All other places have lobby's open but for some reason this BK won't let you inside,drive thru only..half of the time I go thru... they have no ice cream,this BK must have the cleanest ice cream machine in the world cause it's being cleaned all the time atvaries times of day. I can't stand a lier,be honest and say your too lazy to clean it later..that's all. Burgers are starting tobe bad tasting.ashame cause this was always my favorite BK of all. Read more
Burger was so hot it made it taste a little off. Friendly service , they were clean and even where gloves . Also you can watch... them make your burger. It's a small gas station so limited seating, small table and your more or less in the front isle. Read more
