Stopped through on my way back to VA and it was EXCELLENT! Ronnie the manager was very personable and Dalton on the register was... awesome as well. Never a disappointment. Love a good Five Guys burger & fries.
First off let me say I love 5 guys that's why this location was so disappointing. Entering the establishment it was empty no big... deal, the staff was friendly and the food was good as always, the problem was when I completed my order and began to look for aseat, the tables were all dirty NO ONE WAS I THE RESTAURANT BEFORE I CAME IN.then I went to wash my hands in the men's bathroomand NO SOAP, I was going to tell the employees but decided to grab some soap from the ladies room since no one was there and ifthey couldn't be bothered to clean the tables while the place was empty I was not going to hold my breath.. They aren't skimpy with the fries. The bag was lined with fries...and then there was an order of fries...then more fries on... top...and that was the small. Perhaps they should change their name to "FIVE- hundred FRIES" Read more
Food was AMAZING!! Got the bacon cheeseburger and cajun fries. It was expensive but sort of worth it. They gave me at least 2lbs... of fries. They grilled my jalapenos with my burger so it'd be hotter. The staff was very friendly and greeted us on the way in.Wish it was closer to home, but it was worth the 30min drive. Read more
9pm..8 customers in diningroom(6 in our party)everyone was eating when I ordered shakes. Stood 10 min at pick-up watching staff... do nothing till cashier grabbed 2 cups and wandered to shake machine. Couldn't see what she was doing but sounded like she wasmaking shakes. She then turned around, took off apron, and walked out of the store. I waited 5 min then just waked around thecounter and took my shakes off the counter behind shake machine.... Read more
