KFC use to be my favorite. I work close to the Teays Valley location. The speaker did not work for a couple of months and now... the food is horrible. It very greasy. I ordered but they failed to tell me that they only had crispy. Their machine wasbroken. It nice they have made outside renovations but you must fix the inside. The employee had an attitude because I amunable to eat hard fried food. Management needs to take some of these things into consideration. Or maybe the franchiseneeds to evaluate this store. Read more
I work near this store and everytime I go, nobody comes to the drive thru window. Also sat behind someone in the drive thru for... 20 minutes, thought they were waiting on food. They were NOT just having a conversation with an employee. Read more
My biscuit was hard as a rock. The Cole slaw tasted spoiled. The chicken was so greasy. KFC was one of my favorite places to... eat. That all changed the last time I was there. 1 out of 10 service was friendly. Read more
I would not recommend this KFC to no one. Employees were polite, but were wearing regular cloths, cashier had long finger nails... that had dirt under them. The cook was wearing a hoodie. When the cashier handed us our food and our frys fell over he touchedthem and pushed them back in the container. I told him to refund my money it was not sanitary there. And there was a little girlabout 5 yrs old back behind the counter which is not safe. So money refunded we left so did other customers. Read more
I stopped in here about a week ago and was happy to see all of the changes that have been made. Everything from the renovations... to the new management are great. I had to wait for my food but didn?t mind because I?m a truck driver who was on my break. Butwhile I was waiting they kept me updated on how much longer before my order was ready. Very courteous and understanding, genuine people who go above and beyond their job title, sure they might forget something small... here and there and if they mess up your order. They are always happy to help fix it if you bring your receipt back. Very quickfor the most part and I always get my food here fresh. Very impressed! Read more
