Just go back home and opened my order to find my items missing. The food was SO greasy and soupy that it soaked through the bag... and ripped through the bottom leaving everything a soggy mess! Worst taco bell experience ever, and let's face it the bar is not set very high. Hey back to my hotel and realize we are missing... half the order, go back through the line to reorder missing items and they still get it wrong! We open the taco supreme, it'sjust beef and cheese. We confronted the employee and all what it was, their response was I don't know and we said either do we,it's supposed to be a taco supreme where's the tomatoes, lettuce, sour cream? Their response.. would you like a side oflettuce???? It's Taco bell, my expectations are not high but I was blown away enough by the terrible service to actually write areview. The food? Super greasy, more sauce than any other ingredient so everything was just... Soupy? Except for the cinnobons,those were deep fried long enough to burn off all the cream filling leaving a hard dry ball of disappointment. Read more
Taco Bell in Trays Valley WV was very good. Didn't have Mexican pizza which is what I went for. Glad it was open for inside... seating. My only complaint is that it is always so very cold inside this location. Read more
Drive thru was slammed as normal, but the crew was moving everything faster than McDonald's ever dreamed of! I held off the 5th... star only because they were out of stuff and I was told the truck arrives tomorrow as an excuse! Read more
I?d like to thank this location for putting Teays on the map as having the worst Taco Bell in the state! Missing order items... constantly, and the ones that make it to the bag are so sloppily crafted it?s like my four-year-old slapped them together. Mybiggest appreciation comes from the consistently poor service pushing me to stop eating Taco Bell altogether for long periods oftime. Great job, y?all! Read more
Be thorough in checking your orders. If something is missing, they can't take the bag back when they push back on your claim you... have to pull out (sometimes unwrap) all associated items. Be nice, it's a tough job they have. Read more
The food here in charelston west Virginia was very greasy, which made the soft taco less crunch and may as well have been soft... tacos. Soft tacos were just wet and stuck to the paper. I ordered 14 soft tacos, 12 hard tacos and 2 big beefy tacos. Read more
Got my order quite wrong; my burrito without sour cream somehow ended up without a tortilla but full of sour cream. And to make... matters worse, they were out of forks to eat the mess. They were pretty busy when we ordered, but that big of a mistake mustlose a few stars, busy or not. Read more
