One of the worst places in all of Teays. They are not sanitary as they stick the same fingers they take money with on your cone... before giving it to you and have some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Employees were curt, rude, and allaround disrespectful to customers. Refused service for no given reason other than because they could. Feel this was not only dueto laziness but also a lack of regulation and training. Would never wish to come back and will be looking into taking furtheraction. Read more

I love going here. They have lower sugar options. Lots of flavors to choose from. In addition to that the staff is awesome. ... They always have a smile on their faces. The store is kept very clean. I love that there is a kid size there much moremanageable size for my three year old. If you don't want to go in to order they do have a drive thru. Read more

Arrived around 6:30 in the evening, husband returned to the car empty handed, said the employees just stood there, only had... chocolate and white chocolate moose yogurt, everything else was hand dipped. Would expect a soft serve yogurt shop to havevariety of yogurt soft serve. Read more
Girl working there was very friendly and helpful. We went in as soon as they open and she had everything set up nicely. We got... the best Choclate parfeit with boba toppings and soft serve pistachio. Will be coming back for more. Read more
Just average - looks very outdated and ice cream is okay. Could be cleaner. Little ones liked it.
